We come to mugshots all the time and love it. This time that was not the case. We had a party of six and the wait time was 35-45 minutes. Totally understandable for a party that size. Would not complain. We were seated in the booth next to the door going into the kitchen very promptly and according to time. Our meals consisted of the pizza burger10/10), a1 burger(10/10), chicken sandwich(10/10), Mac and cheese burger(10/10), regular cheeseburger(10/10), and the burger with mushrooms9/10). I personally ordered the Mac and cheese burger which I get everytime and as soon as I bit into just the bread my stomach churned. The bread itself was bad. We finally got our waitress over and she got the manager. They checked the bread in the kitchen and assured me it was just because it was sourdough. I’ve eaten the same burger many times and never immediately gotten nauseous from it tasting like it was fermented. While the manager is standing beside us talking about that issue another member of our group spits out a bread tie that was in her hamburger on the mushroom burger. The manager did offer me another burger which was supposed to be only Mayo and tomato. At this point I had been there almost 2 hours so I was really hungry. They brought out one that was honestly made for someone else. It had onion and lettuce left over where they had tried to take it off but missed a few. My husband sat and picked the rest off. Our refills were never filled without us asking. As a party of six we spent well over $160 for food I feel McDonald’s could have done better. The atmosphere was amazing. We talked and joked with the neighbors at the table across from us. So no complaints there. I apologized to everyone in our group and while we will be coming back I’m afraid a few of them won’t be. Any member of their management team can reach out to me with any questions or concerns they have and I’ll be glad to tell them when we were there and provide our receipt. Now I've spent over 20 years in management, over 10 years in the food industry and I have N-E-V-E-R run into a server with such passion, enthusiasm & a FOCUS on Customer SATISFACTION as I have with Liz!! A friend of mine (who's a professional cook) was traveling through town & he picked Mugshots. He was also very impressed with her and the QUALITY of the food. I've been told on many occasions this week when I recount mine, my wife's and my friends experience at Mugshots... You were obviously impressed. NO ~ impressed would be a gross under statement! We were BLOWN AWAY ,😲☺️🥳🎯 The service was awesome, the food was delivered quicker than I thought possible, the quality & taste of the food was superior and the ambiance was spot on. I work part time at a local hotel & referred Mugshots to ALL the guests that were looking for a place to eat! Britny (the manager) stopped by our table, and I couldn't brag enough about how overall impressed I was with our experience ~ especially our server, Liz! THANK YOU for demonstrating through y'all's efforts that Customer SATISFACTION is still a priority!! Read moreFirst experience went great. Had an awesome server who was excited about their job. Second experience wasn't as amazing. Our server didn't listen to my family about our order making us have to repeat ourselves 4-5 times each. After food come out we had a few mess ups but nothing that couldn't be handled at the table except the forgotten spoon for one of my family members gumbo. The server that brought our food out said she would be right back with the spoon and she never showed back up. We asked another worker to bring a spoon and she gave us an awful snarl and walked to the stairs turned around and walked to the other end of the restaurant, never bringing a spoon. Soon after we asked another server for a spoon she went right to the kitchen and brought one out ASAP. This entire time watching our waiter stand at the bar watching one of the TVs. Once he decided to unglue his eyes from the TV he walked to the kitchen brought food out to another plate and asked us how we were doing without stopping to check or even look at us for that matter. Awful experience for that trip. Willing to try again, but something needs to be done to their servers and not just have teenagers not giving a care...
