Hardee’s — Restaurant in Tupelo

Do not place on order for here through their direct app! If you accidentally place it here instead of the other Main ST store, or if there is an issue, the GM will argue with you that it doesn't matter if her store is compensated, it doesn't matter that the online instructions are to contact the number on the receipt which is the store it was placed at, it doesn't matter that the only 1-877 number for Hardee's customer service is no longer a working number, she nor her store are responsible for your order or the funds she received for it.

She was very rude and spoke with a hateful tone from the moment that I asked about the online refund process for orders placed through Hardee's directly, not a delivery company. The online process for handling my refund states to contact the store. Accidentally placing my order at this store could happen to anyone, considering there are 2 Main ST stores, and easily confusable if you are not from here.

This GM is not respectful and does not deserve my potential future business. I had to reorder my order instore at the restraunt I meant to place this for and paid for it again, considering there was not a way to transfer the order, and I was already slightly behind for an appointment and did not have enough time to drive to the other store. No customer courtesy or consideration was provided for my honest accidental situation, and in my honest opinion, this GM is refusing to acknowledge that she was compensated for an order that...

Last week my family and I were traveling from Arkansas to Fort Walton beach in Florida. We stayed the night down the street and came in that next morning for breakfast. Just like at home there was a table in the corner filled with elderly men and women who meet there many times a week. It felt like home. Tina, who took our order was absolutely amazing. Before we ever got to order we were commenting on how friendly she was and how she just made the mood so bright and cheerful. The whole crew was feeding off of her attitude. She was kind, polite, upbeat and we can’t say enough about her and the service. The food was good as always, but she really set the tone and the atmosphere. I can see why the group keeps coming back every week. Thanks for an amazing experience Tina you made our day and the rest of the road trip so much more fun. As bad as the Amory, MS Hardee’s is this store is just the opposite, a great place to eat, one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had, brown, bottom a little crunch like its supposed to be and the middle done !!!!! Their Frisco Burger is awesome and addictive. I would and have driven out of my way to go by there. The most amazing thing is they are constantly doing the same. THANK YOU !!!

Close the Amory, MS store and get your name off the building, needs to be bulldozed and something decent put there not owned by the current owner.

This place has one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had, period. They are brown and done, no doughy middle like some Hardee’s (Amory, MS) and other food is good and always fresh.
