I have to agree with the last review 6 months ago that this was by far the worst experience that I have had with any McDonald's. We walked up to the counter and stood for 3 minutes of us standing there alone and the workers looking at us and continuing with what they were doing. They could have maybe responded by saying we will get you in a minute but nothing at all. This woman finally walked up to the register and told us that we were suppose to order from the Kiosk. I spoke to her and said, "Good morning to you and smiled." She looked at me and barely responded to that and I could tell that she was aggravated for having to wait on us. We ordered our breakfast and the entire time her tone was in an agitated manner. The soft drink machine was out so I ordered the lemonade. I stepped back for my husband to order and he said after he ordered she gave him one cup and walked away to the back. I realized I didn't have my cup so I walked back up to ask for a cup. Our friends who came with us walked up to order and there was no one behind the counter and they waited probably about 5 minutes before another woman walked up and told them to go order on the kiosk which to her tone and manner that she addressed them he responded with, "no, I think we will go down to the IHOP. Peace out." They walked out but I mentioned to her that I needed my cup to get my drink at the drink bar. She was ticked by this time at our friends and responded to me by saying, "She told you she had to clean the drink machine!" I said I'm sorry I didn't hear her, I apologized and she told me the same thing again cause she heard my husband say that the other lady didn't tell us anything when she walked off. She looked at me again and said SHE TOLD YOU SHE WAS CLEANING THE MACHINE, for the lemonade. Her tone totally ticked me off and I walked out of the restaurant that moment without a drink. I felt for the couple behind us because I felt that since she was mad that they also probably dealt with her bad attitude. Read moreTerrible. Card readers don't work. Then we got Dr. Pepper and it's tasted terrible. Before handing us the drinks the guy stared at the machine while it told him they were out of syrup for Dr. Pepper. So of course he makes them anyway. So it tasted terrible. We walk up to the door to get someone's attention so we don't have to go back through the drive-thru and everyone working just stares after waving them down and pointing at our drinks. Not to mention we had no Ice. Maybe a few cubes. We finally are able to catch the guy and I tell him the drinks are over carbonated. He asks what that means and I say it doesn't taste like Dr. Pepper. It takes him a few minutes and then he comes back and says the Dr. Pepper is out. So we ask for Coke which he stares into the building then says all they have is Diet Coke... like what?.. so we finally decide to get tea after going through everything a McDonalds would usually have as beverages. We get the tea back and it also tastes terrible. They are extremely warm because again.. no ice. So we will not be coming back here. I suggest no one come here either unless they want their order messed up. Not to mention one van has been sitting her for 30 minutes waiting on food when there is only 2 people in...

First bad experience We go through drive thru , order our food, make it to the pay window and have the lady there a $20 (order came to $16 and some change) lady working there tells us that we need to pay with smaller bills because she don't have enough change for the $20. (how do you not have enough change during lunch. To not be able to give back around $4) when we asked the lady to get change she yelled at us I don't have time for all that. Second bad experience dine in. Waited 10 mins for someone to even greet us at the counter even though 5 different employees seen us standing there waiting. After ordering it took close to 15 minutes to get our food. Sat down to eat and the order was all wrong. When we took it back to get the order fixed (waited about 10 mins at the counter before so.eone finally came to help) they acted like it was a hassle to fix our order. Today was the final straw went to dine in and lobby was closed. When we tried to open door the employees standing behind the counter just stood there and laughed at us. No customer service the employees are there for their paycheck only...
