Would give this place zero stars if it were an option, but not because of the food. Almost every time I'm in town from Louisiana I try to visit here. But after my trip tonight, I WILL NOT be coming back to this establishment. My order was taken, and the amount totaled to $27.36. I got to the drive thru window, and paid. When given my receipt, I signed and wrote the total amount on the bottom line. I DID NOT leave a tip. Thankfully, the card that I used sends me text alerts to my phone with the authorized transaction amount and the place of business. Somehow, the text showed $32.83 as the amount to be processed. Once receiving the food, before leaving, I got their attention to inform them of this error. The manager at the time came to the window and I showed her my receipt as well as the bank text alert. She closed the window and fiddled with the computer for a few moments. She came back and said to check with my bank, because the computer "didn't show anything". Out of all of the transactions I've made with this card, I have never had the wrong amount sent to me in my text alerts. Ever. It was not a bank error. The lady decided to give herself a 20% tip, that was not given to her. I did the math. It was only $5 and some change, however this is not okay. You do not mess with people's money, and I can only imagine how many other people have had this happen, but we're not fortunate enough to catch it. I will not be coming back here ever, and I'd advise any future patrons to closely watch what amount is charged...
Read moreI ordered an entree garden grilled chicken salad and when I got home I didn't have the complimentary bread on the side or the chicken. I can understand no bread because one I'm not paying for it (even though it comes with all the dishes) but no chicken, that's a difference because that's what I paid for. I called the store once I finally made it home and told a female manager and she had the audacity to ask me do I have a receipt? This is 2022 stores are not even training their employees to always give the customers their receipts unless told otherwise by the customer. So, of course I don't have a receipt because the receipt wasn't given to me, however it was a call-in order and it was picked up which means it's evidence that it was paid for. I could understand if this was a full course meal with steak, broccoli, potatoes and I was asking to replace a steak without a receipt but this is literally a grilled chicken salad. Learning customer service skills is a requirement IF YOU ARE GOING TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Regardless, in all stores the policy says customers are always right, well we all know that's not true. However, in a situation where the business is at fault then that means the situation should have been handled accordingly and properly. Read moreOh my...this isa wonderful place to get Italian and it was thru the drive thru and quick friendly service. We actually ate in the parking lot and went back thru and ordered more to take home with us it was so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised how yummy their food is. We tried almost half of their menu. Lasagna was our favorite...chicken salad sandwich and chicken teteazini and spaghetti with meat sauce were all wonderful as well!! And .i.the breadsticks...yum!! No complaints...tasted like I was eating at my grandmothers table!! Highly recommended!! Thank you Tellinis Tupelo Ms! Still a fantastic place to get great Italian food and they have a drive thru if you prefer. It's a must try!! We drive over 3 hours round trip just to eat their lasagna etc!! And oops...we almost forgot to make a pic of our half eaten lasagna with baked cheese...
