This service is PROFESSIONAL!! Soooooooo much better than any other delivery service - their drivers ALWAYS get the order right, they are kind and professional and you don’t have to hold their hand to ensure your Oder gets to your door. Any issues from the restaurant and they call you and give you options - just Amazing !! After so many bad experiences with other services a coworker overheard me complaining about and suggested “Tupelo 2 Go” I’m so thankful they did, they are my exclusive delivery service now. When you call they answer and if they don’t they call you back (even when you don’t leave a message) & anything you need they do everything they can to make right. The drivers are professional and always make sure we get our order (even now- from their distance). I have only had a few issues with T2G but very minuscule things & ONLY once or twice.. such as sauces missing (but i don’t know if that was the restaurants fault or what), and maybe, MAYBE two times our food took longer than expected, but even then as i stated previously the man from T2G called us and made sure we knew of the issue (restaurant behind, demand high)! Even those things are so small and expected with any delivery/dining services from time to time!    Read moreIt always takes a long time to get food delivered and the delivery cost is on the high side. I placed an order and after it was placed their tracker said 2 hrs. I called them to cancel and was told that the timer was wrong and it would only be an hour and 15 minutes tops. I said okay. The food did not arrive in an hour and fifteen minutes and the ETA kept getting longer and longer. I called them again and was told it was the restaurant's fault not theirs. That response doesn't help anyone. I understand that things can happen, but time is always an issue when ordering from them and after a certain amount of time has passed, they won't refund or cancel your order. I stopped ordering from them because of this, but decided to try them again, same issues of course. Placed my order around 6:50, didn't receive it until 8:46.
