This is my favorite place to get chicken fingers. I recommend this over Zaxby’s. It’s kind of pricey depending on how much you eat. It’s in a dorm so of course it’s going to be crowded but they get your order taken fast. Sometimes, you wait a really long time for your food because it’s made fresh and hot so if you don’t have the time then i wouldn’t suggest going unless it isn’t very busy. Also, another slight inconvenience is that after 5 ,on the weekends for sure I don’t know about weekdays, you have to pay with a card they don’t accept cash. I personally use cash for everything so I have to get my mom’s card when I want to get something to eat. Then on Sunday they don’t accept cards at all. The fries are simple crinkle cut fries and they are so good. The chicken isn’t fried too hard and the sauce is AMAZING. The staff is very nice. I first had it in New Orleans but this one is awesome too!

As you can see in the photo below it says this location is open! My husband and I have been waiting 2 hrs for the time of their opening. Once it was time for them to open we walked inside and heard people talking but their gates were closed. We tried calling and they ignored the call while we were standing there. My husband asked if they were opening today and they walked past the windo on the door and ignored us. This place is a joke! We love canes otherwise we wouldn't have waited this long for the disappointment that we received. We will never attempt this location again!

this store is on the University of campus near the housing area. It is not in a standalone picture like the Google review page says. You go in and there is all the students. They do not take cash. It is a good quality, canes location, and we will be back even though we are not college kids hopefully one day they will put a new canes in Birmingham on Highway 280..

Funny before you start writing your review it says give your detailed experience well I wont get an experience cause i called on Sunday July 1st 2023 at 1:00 pm an whoever answered the phone answered like not a business but a regular hello like it's his personal phone or something all I wanted to know was would they be open for the 4th of July an he said they only open to students. Not surprized though cause I've past by this student only business several times while on the university an if you not looking hard you wouldnt know it was a Raising Cane's, sign is not lit or nothing just unnoticeable writing on the glass plus it's no parking anyway if someone other than someone walking did wanna eat there. Didnt know it was just for students though but ok good job. Tuscaloosa full of chicken spots anyway just was wanting to try this cause my daughter told me we had one or my bad "they" have one. I give it this a rating of "U" for unknown or should it be a "C" for cant get none. Since I've only had a phone call experience I'll...

I’ve been here probably 10 times and I don’t think I’ve had what I would call a good experience once. The employees are consistently rude and dismissive, the food is hit or miss whether it’s going to be cold or not. The interior is small and cramped and too hot. They put far too much ice in the drinks to the point where you barely get any liquid. The food is expensive for what it is. Their mobile order feature backs up to the point of waiting hours while still telling you it will be done in a couple minutes. Did I mention how rude the staff is? I’ve watched them physically throw food boxes around without a care, they are no help if you ask for something and never seem to be working...
