My friend and I stopped for lunch after shopping at Walmart. She ordered the 4 for $4. A jr. cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink. I ordered the $5 biggie bag. A double stack jr bacon cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink. I just realized that I got ripped off. I should have had a crispy chicken sandwich as well. They were promoting these little coupon books for $1. It entitled you to five free jr frostys. So I bought it. We sat down to eat our food and our burgers were cold. At first, I thought mine didn't have a burger on it. I couldn't see it. It was on the bottom bun covered by the piece of cheese. I still insisted on fresh burgers for both of us. Within a minute, they produced two hot jr double stack bacon cheeseburgers. Why couldn't they do that to begin with? The fries and nuggets were warm. They were good. When we finished eating, I went back up to redeem our coupons for a couple of frostys. I noticed that my booklet only had three coupons in it. I told the cashier and he checked it out and threw that one away. Then he pulled another one from his cash drawer and placed it in front of the register. He finished giving another customer their food and proceeded to get my frostys. I thought he was giving two to the customer in front of me, but to my utter surprise, he shoved five jr frostys in front of me. I didn't know if he could put them back, so I took them and shared them with another couple sitting nearby. I ate two of them. I certainly couldn't take them home in this heat. What a day! The design of the dining room was weird. You could only go in and out one way. The only trash can was toward the middle and back of the dining room, so you had to walk back there and then around the dividing wall to...
Read moreStopped by around 10:53p last night to grab a DoorDash order that had a 10:50p pickup time. I walked in the lobby & didn't see anything on the delivery rack. Cool, not a big deal. I just leaned against some railing beside the counter & silently messed around on my phone until one of the employees finally saw me. Even though the customer I was picking up for ordered their food long before anyone they were focused on serving in the drive-thru, I never even bring it up or complain as if my time is more important than everyone else's. I'm always good with waiting a bit.
As soon as one of the workers saw me, I was immediately told to exit the building & was even cut off in mid-sentence when I tried to explain i was picking up a DoorDash order. I was still told to leave & that I had to get in the back of the drive-thru line & wait my turn behind 6 or 7 other cars. This means if they DID have the order prepared on time that it would be pretty cold by the time I got it & for sure stale before reaching the customer. Irrespective of the quality, the staff certainly didn't have the slightest desire to have the order out even remotely close to the listed time. The girl who forced me out was super rude & irrational, which just even further compliments her poor time-management skills & general ability to properly do her job considering the only way I even gained access to the lobby is because she forgot to lock the door for the better part of an hour after it was supposed to happen - by her own admission. Giving this experience an F-. I'd definitely give it a G, but I don't want her thinking she's a G,...
Read moreI ordered two chillis from them March 2024 because I had been sick. I was slowly trying to eat slowly again.I knew the soup would be nice. So I knew they always had great Chilli. My son brought the Chilli home.I began to eat the Chilli. It look like someone tore or broke apart huge chunks of beef patties the size of a Susan B Anthony coin. They didn't try to put in any kind of love in the food. They didn't even think or ask is this the right size or way to make the food. It was like ,' It's not there food so they didn't care.I know u have to get orders out at a certain time. Or u might have been short of staff but come on really.. I rather make it right and good the first time maybe a little slow..Then to do it like the way they did.I called and spoke with the manager and even sent her pics of the food. I was told she would speak to the GM about the service; also let me know. They didn't even try to make what was done wrong ,Right. Workers I know u have a lot of stress going on. Not even just that. Do right by people.. Even if your day may be going crazy.. I still smile even when it gets rough.Im also in customer service also.. My point is what happen to the love and enjoyment in cooking and serving great tasting food. The hospitality wasn't there. I pray next time it will be better. Also it was only the Chilli not the rest of the food. Sign an unhappy...
