KFC — Restaurant in Tustin

I would put 0 stars if allowed. Christmas eve i was the last order or the day. I was told over the phone and in person they closed at 6pm. That was a lie. I spent 50 dollars on a family meal and didn't even get what I ordered. For one the skin fell off the chicken. Mac and cheese was cold and old looking. No biscuits came with my meal. I was supposed to get 8. My meal was completely f@$! By the manager gulge. They were closed Christmas day. Couldn't get it resolved then. I called the 26th and was told I will not get a refund. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and makes you thieves! Dont go here in tustin. You get better service in santa...

I placed a order Saturday morning, there was a huge parade going and I was unable to get to the location. I drive around for 30 minutes driving to find a way around the parade but couldn't do it. I called the location and told them about it all and that I needed to cancel my order , said I needed to call customer service so I did. Once I spoke to customer service they said someone would call me back to discuss the issue and issue a refund. I still haven't heard anything back from anyone and I spoke to customer service again to but they still can't issue a refund since this location isn't responding to there emails to find out...

As everyone knows it's not fancy chicken however it is tasty. We usually get the crunchy and it's always good. The young man helping did a very good job explaining and trying to find a special for me. We didn't find one but it wasn't his fault.

There was a situation with another employee and this young man. She was drilling him for something that didn't make sense. He handled it great. She kept drilling him but he kept his cool like a proffesional. I don't know how much this kid makes but he deserves more if he has to put up with such treatment.
