I come to Wendy’s fairly often and I do so because it is typically a better quality, quicker service fast food restaurant in Twin. Well today I am reconsidering giving my business to the Wendy’s in Twin Falls. I made a mobile order because it is quick and convenient whether I’m taking it to go or dining in. When I walked in there was no one at the front for me to communicate with and even after employees had seen me, I wasn’t greeted, or asked if I needed anything. Even though I’d checked in on the app, my order hadn’t started being made yet because I didn’t check in at the front counter. I was unaware that I needed to check in with the employees even though I did on the app. I didn’t mind waiting longer for my food to be made, but I did mind the ignorant comments made by employees. They were making fun of the fact that I made a mobile order to dine in and complaining about how I’d customized a few things on my order. Read moreThe mango strawberry chicken salad is a good idea. Unfortunately it had cheese. I don't know why cheese has become popular to put on salad. Remembering to make sure it isn't there when the order is placed is a nuisance. Some non-fast-food restaurants' waitresses look at me with mile-wide stares when I ask for no cheese and their answer is "We don't put cheese on our salads." It seems the fast food places do. Other people I know who do not like cheese on salad are retirees like I am so maybe it's something that those of us who grew up without cheese on salad still prefer. McDonald's is smart. They deal with the issue by having their cheese on top as a little pile of it over on one corner of the salad so it's easy to rake off the salad if one forgets to say no cheese at the order counter. Read moreExtremely disappointed in the way the manager spoke to me when there was an issue with the wendys app itself. We used the app to order $53.00 worth of food as a treat for the kids, and i tried explaining my frustrations to the lady because everything was going smoothly I saw wendys took out the money from my fiances account. They canceled it due to whatever reason then blamed door dash, I spoke with door dash, and they claimed it to be wendys that canceled it. So now we are out money for the next 5 business days and no special treat for the kids. And the lady was literally yelling at me on the phone. Super disappointed in this managers actions, I love wendys usually but this may make me re think ever getting it again. This was the receipt the door dash driver showed her that we had proof we paid.
