Arby's — Restaurant in Twinsburg

Went there on a Saturday at lunch time. Literally not a single table available for our family. They were all taken by empty chess boards. When I asked for someone to go ask the owners of the chess boards to vacate ONE table for us to sit down and eat, they told us no. That if a chess board is there, it's not for customers but for a chess tournament that is there every Saturday. No one playing chess had any arbys food and, again, I was requesting they move a chess board that no one was playing on. We left without eating. Edit: I filled out the complaint forms that they offered below before they even responded to my post (which makes it clear that they don't read their own complaint line). It would only let me submit if I gave them my FULL name, full home address, email address, and cell phone. No Way! Why does a company require that much info about me?!? I live here, but I almost always go to another Arby's because this isn't the first time I've been treated "less than" here. I will not make this mistake again. Macedonia or Solon aren't too far and they have never treated...

This restaurant is SPOTLESS. We went through the drive thru, but there was a very small 'oops' that required me to run inside. Plus, if I'm being honest, I DESPERATELY wanted a jamocha shake. Perfect excuse. 👌

I did not expect the level of radness I was in for. Not only was everything clean, but everything was fresh. Super fresh. Perky tomatoes and cronchy lettuce, bread that they very clearly just toasted.

All those things were great, BUT it was handed to me by the sweetest freaking girl ever. I'd mentioned my baby is keeping me up for days on end and I was starting to wonder if she hates me. This girl encouraged me, told me everything would get so much better, smiled and gave me a free milky shake. She said to hang in there and that I could do it, that my baby didn't hate me and to give it time. Literally in tears. It was a much needed amazing experience after not sleeping for so long with this grumpy gills baby. It was like getting a hug from a friend.

Stopped when passing through and likely will not visit again. While our order was correct, the curly fries were cold and roast beef was dry with hardened edges. My Beef N' Cheddar tasted like some kind of burnt something or other I don't even know. I chose three stars because we ordered for 5 people and all items were indeed correct. (a rare drive-thru experience these days) The bad part is all of us either wasted bad food or just dealt with what we could handle. Lobby was closed and it was not worth going around and waiting in the drive-thru again. I ended up stopping elsewhere in our drive later to get the kids more food. Very disappointing as Arby's is our go-to for fast food chains due to their generally good quality...
