7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Tyler

I love this location! I have visited other locations and the customer service is always phenomenal, but today the it was out of this world. The person who helped us name was Emily. She was so polite, respectful, and patient when dealing with my father and helping him figure out what coffee he would like and the flavors he may enjoy. After ordering, her generosity did not stop. She continued talking to us until our drinks came out. My father was very excited when she new about rock metal bands from the 70’s and 80’s and had an entire discussion with him about its impact on music today. Her attitude made our entire day and we can not wait to come back! I hood she sees this and knows her impact that her personality had on us. Emily and all of the workers are amazing ( especially the coffee) and we will be coming back to visit her...

Highly recommend 7 Brew! I’m new to the area and the staff took the time to help me find something I’d enjoy. I ended up w a sugar free Blondie on ice and it was amazing.

One thought though - the staff work so hard to provide amazing customer service, but my heart just went out to all of them working in this heat. As small business owners, we owe a lot to our staff. I wish the company or franchise owner would invest in getting the exterior fans installed to provide more cooling for their amazing staff. Please show them you value their efforts by making their work environment healthier and cooler...

Some of the girls there are super friendly and helpful! I love the sf options and up beat attitudes . However tonight I ordered medium cold coffee with two sf flavors and just a little half and half. I asked for no ice . I planned to put it in fridge and take to work the next morning. I was handed this. I looked at her puzzled ( twice) as she tried to fix it. She said “ she would add expresso” idk if this is a joke. But I waisted my money on this. I went next door...
