During our recent trip from Houston, we made a sweet stop at Andy’s Frozen Custard—and wow, it did not disappoint! I’d heard good things, but experiencing it in person was something else. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, upbeat, and efficient, even with a steady flow of customers coming through. They handled everything with a smile, and the service was fast.

The custard itself? Absolutely incredible. Creamy, rich, and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. I ordered one of their signature concretes, while my sister went with a classic sundae. Both were so good, we didn’t even want to share. The texture of the custard was smoother than traditional ice cream, and you could really taste the quality ingredients. It’s honestly one of the best frozen treats I’ve had in a while.

We also picked up a Frozen Pine to go—basically a pint of frozen custard so we could enjoy more later. Great idea, because we were already craving it again before we even left town! It traveled surprisingly well and tasted just as fresh at home.

If you’re ever near an Andy’s location, definitely give it a try. We’ll be back for sure. This place is...

At times, the line both of people and in the drive-thru is so long at this Andy's Frozen Custard location that you might just wonder if they're selling something illicit. Instead, they are selling pure happiness in a cup.Of all the different dessert options in town, this is by far our favorite. The different styles and combinations of Frozen Custard toppings seem endless. And their limited time options add some much-needed variety. Try to catch the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae if it's in season, as it stands head and shoulders above the rest IMO. Otherwise, experiment to your heart's delight. The crew is always quick and kind. They remind me an awful lot of those we see at Chick-fil-a (they might actually just walk over after their shift is done). While you can walk up, order and sit on an outside bench, we recommend drive-thru and parking. That way, you're only fear is someone parking right next to you and watching you consume a blueberry concrete like the glutton you really are. But what do you care? You're in yo-go heaven! Crank up the music and get lost in the...

7-13–23 at 8 PM I came through the line and was greeted by “Seth”the manager supposed to be. Was tell. He was telling me that tonight is the last night for shortcake and I jokingly told him Kenny wholesome for me and I’ll be there to buy them early in the morning when I get paid he’ll talk to me so aggressively my kid in the back was scared that he cannot do that. he then did the same thing to me in the window when I asked the lady at the register, how many could I get extra. He jumped over her shoulder, anger again, aggressively with me through my cone in the trash, and I even told the lady at the window that you know he is talk so aggressively . She did say she agreed you have lost a very very good customer here buddy I’ll never come to the Andys again while you’re manager you have horrible communication skills sorry and I’m...

Probably the worst ice cream/custard place I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if they know what “frozen” means, but my custard was COMPLETELY melted. No I didn’t drive home to wait to eat it, we literally pulled off to the side. It was essentially a cup of soupy vanilla milk with pecans and syrup. Maybe they just had a bad day where machines were down, but I will never go to this place again. Nice friendly staff though (all teenagers), so probably not their fault; but management who doesn’t invest in better equipment.

I was visiting a friend and she recommended this place. I was not impressed. I got the Tin Roof Sundae and it was ok. My friend got the Ozark turtle Sundae and they only had a few drops of the carmel sauce. For me the Hershey's chocolate syrup overpowered the custard. If I come back I would get it with hot fudge. Let me say the portions are big and the custard is very clean and fresh tasting. For what we had it was a fair. I am not sure if I will come again but for a clean tasting custard I recommend Andy's.
