Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Tyler

Love this place always great sandwichs, but for the first time in my life I got a chicken sandwich that had a pretty good-sized piece of fat or griddle on it that i couldn't chew. now I will say one out of 4 or 5 thousand is pretty great as ratios go. no other food place I've ate at over the years has even came close to this so I'm not complaining just wanted to say I'm one in a million I'd bet because they have the best quality control I've seen on their patties i'm not upset at all just wish I could have been the 1 out of millions on power ball instead but really almost comforting to know even the greatest in the world does have a mistake now and again just as we all do. to error is human we all under God's sun do make mistakes even with the highest of Q.C.and efforts so in a way thanks for helping me to see it's not perfection but the hard work and efforts u put into it trying to get there that makes you great !!!!! I am diabetic and went and ordered there " sugar free " drink .Not the lemonade but the one that has ice cream. I had never ordered I didn't even know there was ice cream in it. So when I ordered I said the drink is diet SF and I was told yes.I get to the window to get my drink and I say so this is SF right? The girl looked at a ticket stuck on the cup and said yes. We'll I was on my way home enjoying the drink then I started thinking I wonder what SF ice cream they used. So I called the location and the girl said oh we use the regular ice cream. I was well how can you advertise Diet when the ice cream is not SF. I ended up calling Corp. telling them about my experience. He really didn't help much then the next day I get a call from who I think was over that location and really she didn't do much other then asking me who told me it was diet SF. I told her she needs to have a store meeting to let everyone know that .I was completely thinking SF was I was getting. My blood sugar went up to 316 that is not good for anyone. The new location is a big let down. The dining area is smaller they only have 2 registers now they don't give you drinks till your order is brought to you and just in the time I was there 3 ppl including myself had to go to the counter bc they forgot drinks. They have some cow sounding machine for the kids pays room that is really annoying and of course kids play it every 2 minutes. Took over 15 minutes to get out 2 meals. But the worst part for me was that both trash cans were literally overflowing so every one just started stacking trash on top of them all the while the 2 girls are just playing on their phones and standing around at the register. I don't go to chick fil a often but I was always impressed with how well they ran the business when I did. Idk what has happened with this new location.
