Since its inception in 2017, DCG has garnered a loyal following, thanks to its consistently delicious offerings, generous portions, and vibrant ambiance.
From the moment you step into DCG, you're greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly grilled meats and sizzling falafel. The restaurant's menu is a veritable feast for the senses, featuring an array of mouthwatering dishes that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
Their signature chicken and gyro platters are legendary, boasting tender, juicy meats that are expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken is marinated in a blend of aromatic spices, resulting in a burst of flavor with every bite. The gyro meat, sliced thin and stacked high, is equally impressive, offering a rich, savory flavor that will leave you craving more.
But DCG's culinary prowess extends far beyond its chicken and gyro platters. Their falafel is a must-try, with crispy, golden-brown exterior giving way to a soft, flavorful interior. The falafel is packed with protein and fiber, making it a healthy and satisfying option.
No DCG experience is complete without sampling their delectable sauces. Their white sauce is a creamy blend of tangy yogurt, garlic, and lemon, adding a refreshing touch to any dish. Their hot sauce, on the other hand, packs a fiery punch, elevating the flavors to another level.
The portions at DCG are incredibly generous, ensuring that you'll leave feeling full and satisfied. Whether you're ordering a platter, a sandwich, or a salad, you're guaranteed to get your money's worth.

Read moreDCG is a casual street-food spot located on Old Gallows Road in Vienna, directly across from Tysons Galleria. It's a reliable place for me to grab a filling meal - quick, flavorful, and easy to access.
📍 Location & Convenience DCG is in a standalone space just outside Tysons Galleria, making it an easy detour before or after shopping. Parking is manageable, and it’s right off the main road, so access is simple whether you’re driving or walking over from the mall.
🍽️ Food – Tasty, but Too Much Coloring on the Chicken The food is flavorful and satisfying—especially the chicken and lamb options. That said, the bright red coloring used on the chicken is excessive. While it may catch the eye, it feels unnecessary and can be a turn-off. The meat tastes good without needing that level of artificial enhancement. A more natural approach would go a long way.
🧑🍳 Service – Quick and Straightforward Staff keep things moving efficiently, even when it’s busy. It’s a fast-casual setup, so don’t expect much small talk—but they’re polite, focused, and get the orders right.
🪑 Ambience – Basic, No-Frills The interior is functional and clean but minimal. A few tables, a basic counter, and not much else. It’s fine for a quick meal, but you’re not going here for the vibe—it’s a get-in/get-out type of place.
✅ Final Thoughts DCG delivers on speed, flavor, and location, but could improve with a more natural presentation—especially when it comes to the coloring of the chicken. Still, it’s a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal if you're...
Read moreI want to preface this by saying I loved DCG for a while, and used to eat here often.
The restaurants quality and health standards have declined tremendously. The last two times I’ve gone, I turned around. The first time I was met with unwashed and rotten lettuce, and after requesting fresher lettuce I was told that it was “cut this morning”. Second time, I immediately noticed dirty tables, overflowing trash, oily unchanged gloves, dirty prep areas, and a literal flooded kitchen. Turned around again.
When looking up Virginia health inspection data (which is completely public knowledge) you can see that DCG has been flagged for having insects, among plenty of other things. Notable issues were unclean stations and fridge caked in grime and oil, improper food temperature handling, and lack of hand washing, just to name a few.
I think the owner of the establishment needs to really assess the situation. Sure the foods delicious and the location is great, but falling short on food safety standards is disgusting. Customers shouldn’t have to comment asking for gloves to be changed and tables to be wiped down. It’s bare minimum to keep a clean kitchen.
Until DCG can at least pass a health inspection, I urge customers to consider eating elsewhere. It’s obvious that employees do not care about food...
