Penfed Plaza — Attraction in Tysons

If you enjoy a scavenger hunt this is for you. It's very difficult to find. They advertise their outdoor seating and the ability to walk up. First off you CAN'T reach it by car or even get close. It's on the 2nd level near Lord&Taylor's. The outdoor seating can only be accessed once you're in Shake Shack. Probably only fin scenario would be if you were shopping and craved a burger and the weather's nice. Otherwise there are too many variables. A very nice above ground courtyard. It’s fairly peaceful to sit out here or walk through here on a nice day. In winter it’s kinda brutal with the wind but even there’s nice little firepits for when the night gets chilly. They also tend to have great lights for the holidays and have even had a few interesting temporary events and pop-Ups here from time to time. There’s also a few restaurants, access to hotels, metro access and even a cute Pirate ship themed playground for kids. Definitely a lowkey highlight...

This place is RIDICULOUS !!! We were told today that we cannot have children Skipping, running, or playing, while they have the playground closed indefinitely, and yet there are no signs anywhere in the play area outside. To top this off this is listed as a mix friendly area! Are you kidding me? the restaurants are awesome but mall seriously needs to chill out and let...
