Deleites de mi Tierra — Restaurant in Union City

Listen, if I could give ZERO stars I would do that... Owner please take note. You desperately need a hostess to seat your guests... next you need to designate your waitresses to specific tables. I should not have 3 different waitresses taking different orders and then wait over an hour for an appetizer and find out that it was just then being placed... I hope you can grow from this. Your food has potential but it's the little things that make a huge difference. Example.. your Calamari Fried.... is Fried Calamari.. but it's your business your rules.. but please send it with some lemon or marinara sauce or at least ketchup.. or something... but your food does have potential... hope your business grows as you fix these very bad problems....

Also... dont reuse the oil so much... I can taste it in the plantains and french fries...

Lastly... when i looked up an Ecuadorian Restaurant it gave me Robalino's Restaurant.... so you really need to update that... they're reviews were at 4 stars... and it was disappointing to see it no longer was there but in Hope's that a good meal would still be served we entered... I will come back just because I am Ecuadorian and would love to see you flourish....

Food was just ok, but our experience was not that good. The service was actually kindda bad. The waitress didnt know the menu- she actually said so herself. And she kept getting her plates to the wrong tables (not only her thou,the rest of the waitressesdid the same too)- this wasn't only with us, it was with everyone else. We ordered la bandera, it comes with shrimps, and she brought ceviche. We asked another server about it and she said it was the shrimps the plate comes with. But then, the table besides us said "this isnt ceviche, is just shrimps" so we immediately knew that was ours. Seems like none of the waitresses know their plates nor remember to which table they go to. And the shrimps al ajillo were just thrown in a plate full of butter, like literally a LOT of butter- too much. There were 3 waitresses and it took like 20 minutes to get our drinks- just juices- and the place was not that packed to say they were busy. Just wish they'd payed more attention...

Ok, we go there, my husband and mi ask for lunches she was said yes soup of white bond and rice whit roast chiquen my husband said mmm ok 2 lunches please 20 minutes lunch no body's there just mi and mi husband one mister enter 20 minutes later ok soup it is gross to much oil after soup release the own grass they add more oil no lemon no nothing the bowl it is for like mi little 1 year old and the rice whit salad I think it is from 2 days ago just only the plate so big and nothing, food rice it is one spound just litle be there I feel like don eat anything and feel so bad after that mi stomach it is hurt, mi and mi husband send to the bathroom every 10 minutes I regret it was enter there and most $30 dollars for two lunches 🤨I forget to take the Picture because mi and mi husband we was don't carried the phones sorry but yes never...
