Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Union City

So I just wanted to say that I went to this pizza franchise to try out something new and cheap. Idk how other little Cesar’s are, but the customer service in this place is terrible. First I tried calling the store which took a while for someone to pick up, however once someone had picked up they acted as if they weren’t talking to anyone. They were no help on the phone and I could barley understand a word they said. I decided to show up to the store to give my order in. As soon as you walk into the store you feel a very bad vibe where none of the employees have any motivation to work. When I got there it took someone about 5 mins to finally come and take my order. While taking my order he was very disrespectful, all the employees wore no mask. And the man checking us out didn’t even put on gloves to do our order after touching my money the keyboard and the screen. Absolutely terrible service I...

I'm not even sure why this place is open. It should be shut down. If this is a franchise, the owner should be ashamed. My family had a taste for little Caesars pizza specifically but there are none in our area. So we drove to this one. We definitely chose the wrong one. First, no one would answer the phone so we could place the take out order before arriving and we thought it was because they were possibly really busy. However, upon arriving we realized that they weren't really busy because they didn't really have any pizza. The only option was thin crust pizza with either pepperoni or sausage. Absolutely nothing else. We ordered one of each since we drove all that way specifically for little Caesars but it was the worst pizza we ever has. If they had answered the phone, they could have saved us the trip. Shut this place down. It would be better used as almost anything else. Don't waste your time...

I recently ordered the stuffed crust pizza from Little Caesars and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy and the cheese inside was melted to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. In addition to the amazing pizza, the staff member who took my order was extremely friendly and made the ordering process a breeze. However, it's also important to note that the restaurant could use some improvements in terms of its physical appearance and cleanliness. The equipment is outdated and that the staff should clean the lobby more often. Hopefully, Little Caesars takes these suggestions into consideration and works to improve their facilities in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Little Caesars stuffed crust pizza to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. I will definitely be ordering from them again...
