I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos. I pulled up to the 2nd window after paying and the young lady just looked at me like "Why are you here?". I advised her that I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos with lemonades. She said "Oh". She then handed me 2 drinks - neither which were lemonades. She didn't explain why she gave me different drinks. I was so done with her behavior, I didn't ask. Then a few minutes later she handed me a bag that felt heavy enough to have 2 sandwiches and 2 medium fries so I pulled off. I made it just beyond the parking lot when I reached in the bag and only felt two sandwich boxes but no fries. They didn't put fries in my bag. I returned to the store and there was a long line in drive thru. I couldn't go inside because I had my daughter with me (too difficult to get her in and out of the car seat). I tried calling the store twice while waiting in the drive thru line but no one answered. It went to voicemail. I was able to reach the first window and I told her what happened. She rolled her eyes and said pull up to the second window. I told them what happened. The young lady didn't say anything to me. She just turned around and said "Oh this is where those two fries were supposed to go - gimme 2 fries". She then closes the window and walked away. I waited another 2 minutes then she handed me a bag with two medium fries and immediately closed the window. By this time my sandwiches were cold. The fries were hot but rubbery like they had been out all day and they just dropped them in hot grease to make them seem like fresh fries.
I hate it here. Why is this level of service normalized? I only go to McDonald's maybe 3 times a year and every single time I go I get the same poor service. My food is always wrong/missing items, the service is horrible and I'm always inconvenienced. Do us all a favor and just close this location. Our community shouldn't have to suffer having these experiences. It's not ok. McDonald's...
Read moreDisgustingly rude staff. I pulled up to the drive thru window at 10:45 right along side another car that was placing their order and was told that there was a shift change taking place and that there would be a wait to take my order. I politely informed her that I was here at the same time as the other car but she failed to say anything to me at the other drive thru lane. I informed her that I had been waiting over 7 minutes just for her to greet me and she rudely and loudly said "Ma'am I know how long you been waiting! I saw you!" I said well if you were aware that I was here the whole time why didn't you greet me? She then tells me to pull to the 2nd window and they'll take my order. I get to the second window and another lady turns around and says to me are you trying to place an order? I said yes I am, the other lady told me that I could. And she then rolls her eyes and yells to the lady in the back and says "Don't send anyone else to this second window to place an order!" And leaves me at the window. At this point I am beyond upset but calm. I should have done like the other cars and drove off but I actually wanted to see how long they would leave me there. I wait for an additional 10 minutes as I watch them take order in the inside. A young man finally comes to the window to take my order and asks if I wanted it fresh? I laugh and ask what other way is there to get it? I wait an additional 6 minutes and I finally receive my order from the lady who was originally at the second window. She just hands me my food and doesn't offer and apology or anything. I took my food and drove off. The way the staff behaved leads me to believe that that is a very common practice for them because there are no repercussions. The district manager needs to really do some retraining with this staff or just...
Read moreThis experience is from being not only a Customer but also an Employee.. The overall quality of food is hit or miss, could be better. Now that could be overlooked but with mostly all businesses it starts at home—-MANAGEMENT! It’s extremely beyond disappointing. Though fast food can be fast paced and stressful, the lack of proper management is very very evident,, even though this location changes upper management and ownership often they can’t seem to get it right. The young adults in management positions seem focused on rushing orders than ensuring quality service. It’s clear the current owner prioritizes speed over customer experience, which results in poorly trained staff, rude interactions/older mature employees don’t need to work in a place where disrespect is not recognized or reprimanded. If McDonalds want to maintain its reputation, because again you can go to other locations and won’t receive this service overall, it’s not the neighborhood playing a part it’s literally who the owner past and present put in positions. THEY NEED TO PUT THEIR MONEY WHERE THEIR MOUTH IS⏩️INVEST IN LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR YOUNG MANAGERS AND STOP THROWING THEM INTO A POSITION BECAUSE THEY STAY EXTRA HOURS OR THE TIME IS ABOVE OR MATCH THE CRITERIA BECAUSE THEY STARTED IN THE KITCHEN AND PROVED THEY CAN GET FOOD OUT FAST. INVESTING IN LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR YOUNG MANAGERS AND FOSTERING A CULTURE OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPECT SHOULD BE A PRIORITY. Employees should be able to enjoy where they work at , money and authority by a race that’s already looked down on shouldn’t...
