Vanz Indian Fusion Grill — Restaurant in Union City

This was my first time trying food from here. I absolutely loved it! The lady, Van, was so kind and helpful. I ordered the Goan Gourmet Salmon and I loved the ingredients used in the salmon. It came with rice, chick peas, beets, and lettuce. I chose the Mayonnaise Masala Sauce and Sambal Sauce for it. The Masala was my favorite of the two. Each section had a different explosion of flavor! The portions were awesome! Food for lunch and dinner!

The soup I had today was so delicious, I could taste the herbs and spices deeply. The naan I ordered was so comforting and went well with everything I dipped it in. Their mango drink is phenomenal- creamy, sweet, and comforting. The cashew mix (similar to popcorn) they provided was also delicious! What a positive tastebud experience 😋

I will absolutely come back again soon especially since it is by my workplace and try different things! If you are adventurous with food definitely pass by and order!

They added more options to their menu and I tried the veggie biryani. Absolutely delicious! It was warm and tingly. The bread was delicious as always and I love their Vadafel. Next time I will also get their Bread Hawla dessert. Not too sweet and not too bland. Keep doing...

I am giving this review voluntarily with a full satisfaction. They really cracked the Indian way of healthy diet. Had Power Punjabi Chicken bowl, Vadafel. Liked them both.

Surprised with taste of Goat Biryani. Its perfect. Reminded me A biryani I had in my Hyderabadi Muslim friend's house. The meat and Rice blended well. They are not separate pieces like in other restaurant. Must try if you want to eat an authentic Mutton Biryani.

The Shrimp biryani. As a lover of Shrimp pulao, have been trying it last couple of years in USA in different cities including Dallas. Finally I ate the right one. The rice got the Shrimp taste into it. That's what I call a Shrimp Biryani.

We have become loyal Vanz Indian Fusion Grill customers. This round we ordered the Delhi Veg Paneer … Punjab Power Chicken and the Egg-Cellent Biryani bowls. The bowls are huge with a variety of fresh veggies rice and protein and are all super delicious. The various sauces you receive with each order give every bite a unique crave-worthy flavor.
