I walked in and asked for help and the person I presume is the owner walked over to his buddies who didn’t need help instead of helping me which in my opinion is rude. I asked to verify a game to see if it was a real copy and the owner glanced at it for not even a minute, laughed and said it was fake. Then looked at it for a bit longer and still said it was fake, didn’t give me an explanation on how he could tell, where the flaws are, and it seemed like he was giving me attitude. I went to multiple places to be sure as i’m looking to sell the game I asked to verify and they all said it was real except this place. Guy in front with the glasses was cool though.
Reply: First of all one of the most important aspects of owning a business is customer service so if you’re disregarding a customer looking for help to look at whatever your buddies asked you to look at it’s obvious you have poor customer service. It’s not even the first time it appears as I see a review that says a customer needed help and an employee or owner was busy playing a video game. I don’t know why you put free in quotations like you expected me to pay you for asking a question that you got completely wrong. As I said in my review the reason I went to multiple stores to verify is because i’m trying to sell it and I don’t want to sell anyone a fake copy because that’s a bad business practice. The fact that you’re saying me going to multiple stores is rude, that just tells me you’re mad that you got it wrong and you’re reaching for anything to defend yourself, just accept that you messed up....
Read moreA friend and I came in to ask about a game I wasn’t sure was real or not so the front desk person(who was nice btw) asked the expert to come out and take a look. Instead of directly coming to assist me the expert went to talk to his buddies about something irrelevant to my question. He finally shows up and takes a quick glance and scoffs and says “Nah, this ain’t real”. I was personally offended by his lack of compassion and bad attitude. A simple “Sorry I can’t accept this game” would have...
Read moreGreat small local shop but has an amazing owner and friendly local players as well as players from other towns. Chris the owner does his best to meet demand for gamers especially players for the Yugioh tcg. I get most of my cards from him as my local town runs out too fast or does not meet the demand as conveniently as I would like. The locals and all the players there are cool and fair. Definitely recommended especially to those curious. You never know what you find...
