don’t get me wrong - the pretzels were very good. it’s the lack of customer service that i rate this place a one star. last night, my partner and i asked for two cups of salted pretzels. at first, me and my partner were told the pretzels were being made and would take 25 minutes. no big deal. we walked around the mall a little bit and then made our way back over. when we got back it was the same guy that told us the 25 minute wait. so we said the same thing again. he VERY rudely said “we only have this one cup. that’s it. are you gonna take it or not?” instead of saying something on the lines of “im sorry, we only have this one cup. will that be alright?” very displeased with this experience and will probably not go back if he is the one at the register. managers: train your cashiers on how to do customer service because he was very rude and did not understand what customer...

Worst experience I have had at an Auntie Anne’s location. I was unable to use a promo code through the app for a free pretzel with a drink purchase, which I understand is not the stores fault but was upsetting. Regardless, I ordered two salted pretzels, two cheese dips and a strawberry frozen lemonade. It was not until I had already put my card in and entered my pin that I was informed there was only one salted pretzel left, which showed an extreme lack of awareness.The employee serving at the front counter seemed to be quite uncomfortable which was not enjoyable...

I downloaded the app to get a deal. Luckily, exactly what I wanted was included in a deal. So i selected the deal, waited for about ten minutes in line to order, then was informed that because they didn't have what was required for the deal to work, they wouldn't honor the online coupon.

I'm so sorry that you guys didn't have it in stock, but that's not my problem. It's yours. Honor your coupons the best you're able, offer me other products to work in the coupon, or don't...
