Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Union Township

I walked in and said my name. They said somebody just picked up my order about 10 minutes ago. I said well they just stole my order. Right then as I'm standing there somebody else just walked up and grabbed a bag without saying anything and left. I said you guys should keep an eye on that, you didn't say anything and have no idea if they paid for it either. I sat down and waited for them to remake my order and during that time two separate people came in and took orders off the counter without saying a word and the employees didn't say anything to them either. If you guys want free food just go to the Jersey Mike's in Eastgate and walk up to the counter and take the pickup orders off the counter and leave without saying anything. I hope those two guys learned a lesson. At least one of them seemed kind of embarrassed that it happened. I ordered a #17 with no peppers, saw the guy start to make it and put peppers on it. I asked if that was mine, it was, so I reminded them that I didn’t want peppers. Then he just started to pick through it to try to get the peppers out. My husband asked if we could just get it fresh, the kid (Preston, also I assume not a child because he’s working here and seemed to be in charge (or thought he was in charge)) got an attitude. I told him it’s just because he was picking through it in front of customers and he got defensive and said it was an honest mistake. I get it, I’m not upset about the pepper incident at all. I don’t mind that the kid he was helping was clearly new and messed up - everyone messes up in life. I didn’t get an attitude with Preston at all, he immediately got one. Ok, where do I begin? Ordered 6" tuna with LIGHT onion, SWISS cheese, LIGHT mustard on White. What I recvd: 6" on WHEAT, TONS of mustard, lettuce, and a complete and utter mess. Swimming in mayo as well. Good thing I grabbed a fork before I walked out. Sheesh. This is absolutely uncalled for and CLEARLY they didn't pay attention to my mobile order. I ordered from them thru Door Dash once also, and they brought the wrong sandwich, told me they'd bring back the right one, and never showed up, so 30 minutes later I called and they thought I was going to come pick it up!
