Wendy's — Restaurant in Union Township

We order from this location almost 3x a week and almost each time something is not right with our order whether it is old and cold or missing a item or items. Live almost a half hr away directly highway so when we get on highway not even a 1/2 mile down the road theres no way of going back so I have called and a couple occasions I have called they have just closed and I could not even understand the manager on the phone with all the workers screaming and goofing around in the background. Another incident occurred where the manager was laughing about the mess up on the order once again it has been a few weeks since I was told we would receive a coupon still have not. I sure hope this generation of young adults realize that the most important key for success in business is to understand it is the customers that keep the business growing and customers are the reason they have a job. This is all a big part of how they present themselves as partnership of the business and how they present themselves as a person that can act mature, be responsible and show how well they listen to the way things are to be followed like orders that are not all the same...

I will be avoiding the Union Twp Wendy's in the future. I frequently order here online for pickup to take home after running down for my Walmart pickups. Hard for me to walk into stores always due to a couple medical issues. I waited and pulled up to takeout to tell them I have an online order and was told that I was a Door Dash order and had to come inside. I asked why as I never had before and was told I am Door Dash. I said at this point rather upset that I will try to hobble inside. So I go inside, I use a cane on bad days, and was finally told my order was sitting on a shelf behind me because I was door dash. Rather hard to handle a drink and a bag with a cane. Back at my car I dropped my drink upside down trying to get back in my car - thankfully the lid held. And thankfully I won't be encountering the rude people here again anytime soon. How hard would it have been for someone to grab my order off that shelf and hand it out the window? We come every so often to Wendy's for their good chicken nuggets and sandwiches. I can remember qhen a 4 pc. nugget was $1 now its $1.39. I also remember how when I asked for ranch and BBQ sauce they gave it to me. I go threw and order 2 6pc. For $2 each and 2 sandwiches and 2 burgers and get 4 BBQ. I had specifically asked for 5 each. Got 4 BBQ only. I went back threw and asked for more since their dining area. I calmly asked for some ranch. We went around to the first window and the told us to head to the next. I was about to and the manager came out and asked us what we wanted and gave us the option of BBQ and or ranch. I said preferably both and he then handed us one of each then closed and locked the window and then put a stick between the sliding window and the wall. Just...
