So disappointed in the customer service here. I moved to Union in August and I have been ordering from this place every weekend because I do not cook on the weekends. I made this restaurant my designated take-out place because the food is decent and they were usually very nice when you pick up your order. Today I ordered as usual and went to pick up my food, and the lady asked to see my name on my phone. I proceed to show her my order on my phone, she does not say anything and literally calls the next customer up to get them their order, and the next customer after that. I stop her and say "is my food not ready?" she THEN tells me she did not see my name on my phone. So I say, "then why didn't you tell me that? I would have showed it to you again?" like what the hell! This is how you treat paying customers??? You would think during the pandemic, these businesses would try to at least offer good customer service since they are only open for takeout, but I felt so dismissed and disappointed to have ordered from here today. Needless to say, I will not be buying from here again. Good customer service is EVERYTHING and I will not spend my money where I feel dismissed and--frankly--disrespected.
