First time ever visiting crumbl for cookies. Wasnt sure what to expect. It was super busy. Packed with people in a small area when you enter. No sinage. The line of people covered the kiosk. A nice young lady who was waiting for her order let us know we had to order at the kiosk. We definitely looked lost. Lol ordering was easy though. What I wanted was sold out. However they had a nice selection of cookies that me and my family found delicious. I would suggest some sinage to hang from the ceiling telling people where to order and where to wait for pick up. Also I was kind of annoyed that there were 2 young female customers vaping inside. Smh smoke and chemicals of any sort should not be allowed. I'm sure it's not allowed but no signs saying no smoking of cigarettes, vape or e-cigarette. You would think this is common sence not to do it in a place of business around people but now days not many people have common sense and are very inconsiderate of others. I gave 4 stars for service cause its fast bit not really much interaction between staff and customers. I really like all the visibility you get as a customer to see the cookies being mixed, baked and packaged. Pretty cool. I will definitely return for another dessert once the menu switches up to something that catches my eye. I'll be in the lookout for something with coconut please 🙏
