I had a very disappointing experience with one of your cashiers, ID: 26SWAPNIL. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, even going so far as to bend my card as if it were fake. If she had damaged it, I would have expected compensation.

No customer should be treated with such disrespect. Businesses should hire staff who are friendly and respectful to everyone, regardless of their background. If someone cannot provide basic customer service without judgment or bias, they should not be working on the front line.

This experience was enough to make me not want to return—and I will be sharing this with others so they can avoid the same poor treatment. It’s upsetting to feel discriminated against simply because of how I look. I deserve respect as a paying customer.
