Great Wall Kitchen — Restaurant in Union

Somehow my called in delivery order vanished into thin air. Spoke with a lady, two combos plus large soup, was given a final cost (31-something dollars). They have my number and address on record. Normally delivery is 20 mins. After 50 minutes, called back, was told it's on its way. After 25 more mins called back again, spoke with a lady, asked them could they even tell me what I had ordered. She couldn't find anything, tried to imply I may of spoken with a guy who put me on hold & then I hung up before the order was completed. I let her know this wasn't at all the case. She said sorry and asked if I still wanted to put in the order (by then it was 8:45pm on a Tuesday). I said no thanks I can't wait till after 9pm to eat. Have ordered from here for many years. Am...

I've been coming to Great Wall for almost two decades, and I drive a total of an hour for the food. Great Wall was a Chinese restaurant to die for. During these last two years they fell off tremendously!! Me being a loyal customer I tried them again on 4-30-22, and decided to get something simple shrinp fried rice, and chicken wings." You can't go wrong!!!!" The rice looked like it was fried white rice, and very mushy. I will not feed that to my dog that i don't have. Not to mention for what I ordered was $30. I am well aware of prices going up! But not to go up, and the food was horrible. I will never buy anymore food from them. I guess all good things eventually comes...

Order came minus the rice and no dumpling sauce. I called and was told to come back. I was really tired and asked if they could have it delivered. The lady said they could add it to my order next time. Am I missing something here? If you make a mistake you should be trying to rectify it. Next time? I don't think so. At least tell me you are busy, something, don't act like it's not your problem cos it is and don't go back and forth with me. I don't have time...
