I placed an order through uber eats for an order that says buy one get one free. I paid for 2 sandwiches expecting 4 based on their promotion, but only received 2. My wife calls and asks where the free one is, based on the promo and the amount of money that was paid, the young lady was yelling at her saying that isn’t what she paid for, even though she was explaining if one order comes with one free then 2 orders come with 2 free. She was very rude, raising her voice and take it up with uber eats. I asked her to screen shot and send me the receipt to get this resolved. Presenting this to her she continued to state we only paid for one. We’ve ordered through uber eats their promotion in the past never had a problem. I showed her the receipts, past orders and she refused to accommodate because her app is saying something else when in fact my receipt as well as the uber receipt states the promotion. I asked for her manager she said his name is “Abs” walked off to complain to her colleague. No one is trying to get over the food is delicious, the promotion is buy one get one free. But the service from that young lady who worked October 5th 2024 at 630pm needs to be retrained on how to talk to people. Her being frustrated made no sense and 2 + 2 STILL equals 4. Walking away and ripping pieces of paper and an anxiety slinky was not necessary for basic questions. It’s just 3rd grade math. The uber promotion in the picture says buy one get one free for 14.95 the receipt says 29.90, so if 14.95 comes with 2 sandwiches 29.90 should...

So, we ordered again a few days later. Absolutely loved that food too, left 5 stars on uber let them know how great everything was, and they were sweet enough to send us ANOTHER discount on our next order with a sweet thank you message! Sure enough a few days later my mom wants to try something new from there so we order again, and of course everything was amazing, so I leave another 5 stars, and what do these guys do? Send ANOTHER discount toward our next order with a sweet message that said something along the lines of "glad to see you again" like how cute is that!?! Customer service is the MOST important part of any food industry, and these guys set the bar insanely high. It's really that simple, most businesses don't take the time to acknowledge that. Read moreEdit: I was contacted by the manager shortly after my review was posted and they were very apologetic for my experience so I decided to give them another try and was not disappointed! The pizza was so good I even ate the crust! The wings were so good I couldn’t even get a pic before eating one😅 the salad was okay but I’m not a fan of the cut up chicken so maybe will just steer clear of that from now on. But I will absolutely return for those wings oh my goodness 🤤 so glad I gave this place another shot and thank you guys for the awesome customer service. Get the wings!
Ordered off uber eats this afternoon. Fries were old, cold, and stale. Chicken Caesar wrap dressing had to be expired because it tasted like throw up :( and to make matters worse I found a strange string in my chicken that I can only hope and pray is a vein and not a parasite.
