Teriyaki One Japanese Grill (Teriyaki & Sushi) — Restaurant in Union

This is a brand new place so maybe they will improve as time goes on. Went in there and ordered chicken teriyaki well done. What I got was barely done and some of the chicken tasted rubbery. Place is very nice inside and I estimate that 30 people can sit and eat at the several tables there. My friend that has ordered there a few days ago told me that his salmon was overcooked. It is a mixed bag at the moment so I hope they get the cooking under control. Prices were reasonable and they gave me 10% discount too which is probably just during the grand opening period. The woman at the register was so friendly & inviting. This is a great start for a first-time customer! The food was so fresh and tasty! The chicken teriyaki sushi was so amazing, I'd get it again & try the shrimp tempura rolls as well. The chicken teriyaki with white rice & veggies was exactly what I wanted. I requested 2 extra sauces on the side because WHY NOT! The location is very busy but parking lot was not an issue for finding parking. The staff are very friendly. The place is inviting due to its style and cleanliness. I work nearby so the location is perfect. No long lines or waits. They gave me a reward card so if you buy 6 times, you’ll be given the 7th for free. They can also deliver via delivery apps (discount shown). The specials are nice choices (10% off).
