Kraken Krabs — Restaurant in University Heights

I will start by apologizing for not taking a picture of the salmon and mac & cheese I ordered. The presentation was immaculate. This was my second time ordering from this establishment. The food , service, and hospitality is a 10/10. The owners provide their customers with the perfect experience from the time you step in their establishment until the time you leave. I am a caregiver and work at the hospital and was just in to pick up my lunch for the day. After speaking with the owner, I also had the pleasure of trying their pizza establishment (Primoz Pizzeria), as well, which is located next door to Kraken Krab. I must say that it was the best pizza I've taste in a long time. The owner blessed the caregivers in our ICU unit with 2 large pizzas. The "Holy Cow" and the "Chicken Bacon Ranch." We were ecstatic, needless to say. My co-workers raved over the excellent taste of the pizza and vowed to start placing more orders. Huge portions. I can eat a lot, and when I saw options like 1/2/3 Fish + 3/6/9 Shrimp + Fries, I figured the fish filets were smaller sized, so I went with 2 Fish + 6 Shrimp + Fries. I was wrong. The fish filets were large enough to where I maybe made it through 2/3's of my food before I gave up. If I go back, 1 Fish + 3 Shrimp is probably enough.

As far as the food itself...it's weird. The seasoning on the fish and shrimp was really good, at least for the first few bites. Then the saltiness of the seasoning really started overpowering the rest of the flavors. And then there was seemingly little to no salt on the fries.

For the staff, they were friendly, and the place was clean and inviting.

If the amount of salt in the seasoning is reduced, and the amount of salt on the fries is increased, I think this place would be great.
