Taquería El Nopalito — Restaurant in University Place

I had the tamales and hubby had the arroz con Camerones. Both were excellent. The woman at the counter was so friendly. We asked for mild and they gave us some containers of salsa. I added some of each of the green and red sauces to mine but hubby ate his without anything added. We had enough to bring home half for lunch. Had to try this place as it is always packed at lunch when we drive by. I would highly recommend it. Only drawback was the two bees that wanted my food. They have two tables outside to eat at.

Ate there today with my family, Mother got Chicken Burrito, stepfather got Steak quesadilla, and I got the Tacos plate with steak. Everything was a 10/10!! Including the customer service which is always amazing. To top it off had a strawberry horchata which was phenomenal....

The food here is very plain, there is virtually no seasoning on anything. It’s not terrible food, it’s just not good food. Two stars for the green and red salsas though which were actually pretty good. Al Carbon across the street is fantastic and blows...
