Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Upland

Terrible. Ordered a Banana Royal to go. Get home and take the lid off to find whipped cream, nuts and a cherry floating on a melted 2 pecans which was supposed to be Pralines and Cream ice cream. So I call to speak with the Manager, which I had to call information because they don't have their phone number on the receipt! I explain to the girl who answered the phone that it seems they forgot the ice cream or, how many scoops do you get in a Banana Royal because I must have only got one if that! She said no, I put 2 kids scoops in. I said really? Since when did they start putting kids scoops in.She said "we always have" and that the recipe calls for kids scoops. Well that maybe the case, I was in there a month ago and had to normal scoops. In the 45 + years I have been going to Baskin Robbins, NEVER have I had a Banana Royal made like the one I got tonight. May I also mention, about 1 tbsp of Hot Fudge!!!! Will call "Christie" the Manager...

Please do not go to this ice cream shop at this location the customer service is horrible. Also, I recently went to purchase an ice cream on a Tuesday to obtain the $1.99 ice-cream scoop promotion. I was informed by one of the employees at this location that they no longer offer that promotion at any Baskin Robbin which is false because the promotion is still valid and other Basket Robin locations. I will no longer be coming to this Baskin Robin facility! It’s obvious the employees at this location don’t even know what they’re doing...

Had a coupon towards a purchase. Went in. Coupon says show cashier scan code. Cashier kept asking whats the coupon #. Told her many times it is not a #, it is a code you scan with your scan gun. She then says she has to call her supervisor. The supervisor tells her she has to scan the code. She then trys to scan my code and then tells me the scanner is not working.
