Girl who took my order , decided to clean up , instead of making my order. After she tried to charge me regular price, on milkshake Monday. I corrected her and then proceeded to tip her. Then after both customers that ordered after me, got their multiple items, she brings over the shake. I was gonna say f it and just throw it away , since she obviously didn't wash her hands after wiping down the counter tops and making my shake. Luckily it was pecan flavor and I'm allergic to pecans. She was in a hurry, which is why she didn't listen to the one flavor I asked for chocolate peanut butter brownie/ she made chocolate pecan. She says she will remake it, goes in the back and starts washing dirty dishes. She then brings out one she barely washed out, doesn't wash her hands and starts grabbing the ingredients for my shake "contamination alert" i can only imagine she doesn't wash her hands after the restroom if she doesn't do it after handling money. I then ask for a refund and instead of saying ok, a guy who was not in uniform with grey hair comes up and ask me to explain why I want my money back even though I told the girl directly in front of everyone. I told him keep the tip money I just want my money back. He then proceeds to say he doesn't have a key!???? I just paid you and you opened the register and put my money in it. Needless to say I had to leave without a refund.

I'll never come back. Dirty ice cream, unfriendly , long lines that don't move bc they only have high schoolers working. I feel sorry for the owners , this place used to be highly recommended by myself....

My company does annual summer events for our tenants and we decided to try Handel's Catering Services in Upland. I was in communication with Marco, the Event Director; Marco was super on top of everything. Of course when you are throwing any event, so many little things come up and changes need to me made or adjusted. Marco with Handel's Ice Cream catered 2 property events and was able to accommodate all of our requests without question. Marco was very attentive and provided great service verbally and in person. Both events went well. We heard great feedback on the ice cream Handel's served. Marco and his fellow colleague were very friendly to the tenants and gave everyone details on the ice cream choices at the event. Handel's was on time for set up and prompt on take down. This was probably one of the smoothest tenant events we had. We will for sure call Handel's to cater our tenant events. Ice cream flavors our tenants enjoyed: Tin Lizzy, (butterscotch ripple and chocolate covered toffee), Strawberry cheesecake chunk, Chocoholic chunk, Graham Central Station, Mocha Almond Fudge Ripple, Monkey Business (caramel ripple, brownie and banana) and strawberry sorbet. All of these were so good! yes, I did try every single one of these options!...
