I came in tonight around 7:30pm. There was no line so I walked right up to order. There were 3 people standing there - a guy, a blonde girl at the register, and a brown haired girl who looked miserable and had a really depressing face. No one said anything for like a minute and I just stood there. Finally, the guy said "hi welcome in" as he was walking to the back, so it wasn't very welcoming. Then unfortunately, the brown haired girl took my order. She spoke SO fast and rushed me through my whole order. Look, if you hate your job, I get it. Pretty sure if we all had the option to get paid without working, we'd do it. But you don't get to act like that in customer service, especially if you're the designated order taker. Get a grip. Blonde girl was nice. Brown haired girl needs disciplinary action. I'm not saying Chipotle is known for it's over the top customer service, but simple acknowledgement of your customers is 101. Read moreWe received horrible service from the employee helping us and the closing manager last night. They forgot to give us the drink cup, among other things that had already happened and when my daughter asked for it, the guy slammed the counter door and threw towards her a large container, the one they use for a large guacamole and it landed on the counter and turned around and left. My daughter told him that she needed the cup for her soda not an empty container. He grabbed one, slammed it on the counter then proceeded to charge her for it again. We had to remind him that we had already paid for it, that he never gave us the drink cup. He had just left us standing there in front of the counter after they rung us up. And took off. The closing manager was really rude too and she saw what this guy was doing to us, right in front of her and she didn't say or do a thing about it. Read moresometimes rice isnt cooked all the way or the "double" portions seem skimped but the staff is always super cool and ive never had a "bad experience" until today because of the rude manager. I went in to inquire about a position they posted on an online job board and manager was very rude about it. In their defense, i did go in during the lunch rush but had made it clear that i had no problem waiting until they were done. as soon as i uttered "saw you posted a position online" i was instantly cut off and met with the generic "apply online" response before explaining that I had already applied online and was checking to see if the position had already been filled or not. the manager then proceeded to explain that no applications were submitted, then assumed i applied to the wrong location, before admitting that she hadnt actually checked the submitted applications yet.
