Poor management oversight. Ordered three southwest salads. Drove home. Discovered only half of a chicken breast on each. I can tell because as usual, they weren't cut all the way through. Manager said it was the grill guy's first night. Took no responsibility for the manager on duty to be checking what goes out. Got refund, but no apology.
Ok, update. Stopped there with daughter as we were shopping in the area and thought, if we eat there, they can't screw it up. Wrong. We wanted to try the new burgers that actually have lettuce and guacamole, etc. The artisan sandwiches. There was a special, free fries and drink through the app, with purchase. Ok. App would not work on either of our different phones. Rude cashier kept trying to say the special was over, though it was right on their website that it's through June 11, 2017. Cashier was total jerk and grumpy. Manager not the same as in last review, thank God. Patties were pressed to death and burnt on the edges. Toppings a nice change. Every table in dining room was dirty except a two seater. When someone finally came out to get trays, she wiped off two tables and left. She left the cleaning rag on the display over the trash bins. Beautiful and so sanitary! I tried to get ketchup for my fries from the pump. The left pump's ketchup had issues... It looked partially orange and very frothy. My husband, who managed both a KFC and a Long John Silver's in our youth, said that's what happened when the cocktail sauce used to go bad. I have pictures. It was a disgusting experience. I'm not sure if I can upload them here, but I will somewhere. I think we're going exclusively Wendy's now, despite the Southwest chicken salad...
Read moreupdate: I submitted a complaint through their website. The response of customer service for this location was basically, "Sorry your order was wrong. We'll give you a free coffee if you print this out and present it next time you come." I've had wrong orders before...everywhere...it happens. I don't believe I've ever had to wait so long for my food though. I have a good story to tell when ever anyone mentions McD's to me. I used to love McD's. It will be a long time before I ever think or say that again. 2019dec; This was the best mcd's around. After they remodeled, they apparently got new management because the wait time and order accuracy is downright bad now. Today, I went in just after 11am...parking lot wasn't very full but there were several people standing in the lobby. I ordered on kiosk for the first time and it was easier than I expected. It was after 11:20am before I got my order. Had to ask for my coffee. Got home and the coffee wasn't hot and didn't have creamer or splenda I ordered. I'm done doing surveys for this place...they clearly just don't care. I'll try the store on bethel next time.
Before remodeling: This is my fav McD's. Fast,friendly,and consistent. Has creamer and sweeteners available...
Read moreNot sure if there's new management but a couple of months ago, I never really had any issues with the food or service I received. In fact, I preferred this restaurant. But as of lately there's been a lot of carelessness. The McCafe drinks aren't being stirred, they slap your sandwiches together any type of way, leaving out ingredients....just careless. And never once did I complain. But Today I ordered an oatmeal and it wasn't until I got home that I seen that it was not stirred, therefore half of the oatmeal was uncooked. So this time I figured I would let a manager/supervisor know that this happening EVERYTIME I come to this McDonalds. Unfortunately I was only able to talk with Joshua Arthur L. who was so disrespectful. It seems as if the crew members aren't being trained on how to properly prepare food or drinks and the Management needs practice in customer service. I wont be back to this McDonalds.
