Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Upper Arlington

I ate a delicious "late lunch" recently [7-20-2022] at Noodles and Company [or Noodles World Kitchen] at 4740 Reed Rd., Ste. 110, in Upper Arlington.

I had recently visited the AT&T store that is directly across the street [at 1801 W. Henderson Rd.]; I then walked over to the "Arlington Pointe" shopping area [at the southeast corner of W. Henderson Rd. and Reed Rd.] to learn which of the several restaurants in that area are still open.

After ten minutes or so of walking around the "Arlington Pointe" shopping area and updating my list of restaurants where I could potentially eat at some point in the future, Noodles and Company [or Noodles World Kitchen] ended up being my choice.

I carefully studied the menu – that is posted on the wall near the ordering counter -- and then ordered Alfredo MontAmoré® with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken [spaghetti noodles, alfredo sauce, mushrooms, tomato, spinach, parmesan chicken, MontAmore cheese and cracked pepper].

My meal had been quite delicious. The "Parmesan-Crusted Chicken" had been cut into one-inch-square pieces that definitely made it far easier for me to eat my meal with a plastic fork than had the chicken patty been full-sized and needing to be cut into smaller pieces with a plastic knife.

Before I close, I want to say that, as a Google Maps Local Guide, I always make a great effort to accurately name all businesses in my reviews [even if that name does not agree with how Google Maps has named that business].

What is confusing about Noodles and Company is that that name consistently appears on the internet if one does a Google search for that business yet the actual physical "brick and mortar" restaurants have signs installed on their outside walls that clearly name those restaurants as "Noodles World Kitchen."

I am a journalist who attempts to confirm all information with a second source; when the only two sources that I am able to find clearly do not agree, the only thing that I am able to do in this review is to provide both possible names for...

Tonight my husband came in to get us dinner, ordered gluten free Mac and cheese and a pasta for himself. He could clearly overhear the workers asking each other if some random bowls of Mac and cheese from earlier that day had sold or not because they needed them, he heard one girl even say that those bowls had sold forever ago! So they brought him another bowl of Mac and cheese and his dish and he asked them if the pasta was gluten free and they acted like they didn't just ring up a bowl of gluten free pasta.. so who knows how old that Mac and cheese really was plus I'm deathly allergic to it. Luckily the manager was great. But come on.... Train your workers to not be so gross about old food or let customers even...

We have never been before, and bc who doesn't love noodles we decided on this for lunch before our Marvel Live event at the Schottenstein. Two adults and two young boys. The menu is so vast we endulged in many items. 6 main dishes and the pot stickers. Not a single one disappointed! Best Chicken Noodle soup I've ever had. Portions were large, meaning yummy left overs for later. Price was so cheap it blew our minds! But even better beyond all of that was the customer service by the staff. They were wonderful and attentive. We live over an hour away, but we'll travel just for the great food and service again all just bc we want to dine there again. No events needed!
