I’ve never heard of this. I don’t know if it’s just this place but every Dunkin’ that I’ve been to I’ve never ran into this one here for a cup of coffee on Super Bowl Sunday At 12:30 PM. I go through the drive-through and they come on the speaker and they said we’re not taking any orders for about 15 minutes because we have shift change. I’ve never heard of that from any other Dunkin. If this is going to be their norm, I wish they would post a sign outside on their pole designated what times that you can’t get anything from this location. I had to do a job out there and this is the first time I’ve ever ran into this at this location. I have had other issues also with staff at this location of messing up order to being rude and ignoring you. This is the last time I’m going to this location I don’t know what kind of business person is running this, but I’ve never heard of even a restaurant saying hey we’re not gonna see you because we’re doing shift change or a deli/ pizza shop. If they don’t wanna get money for 20 minutes, that’s their loss...
Read moreStopped here for a drink for my wife and went through the drive through. It took about 10 minutes for that. Not because it was busy mind you but the service was slow and the speaker/microphone clearly needs to be fixed. Then we waited for her drink to be made which was about another 10 minutes. I could have run across the street to Wawa, taken a dump and returned before our order was done.
The kick in the nuts then happened as we were told their machine was broken and was then given a completely different drink that being an iced coffee (I don't drink coffee so I don't know what she ordered originally). Whoever the manager of this place is should be ashamed of themselves because they clearly either don't hire anyone competent or they themselves are incapable of teaching their employees what to do and what not to do. Also only one employee working, really? Hire more competent people man. If I could give less a -5 out of 5 I would. Heck I'll give it a -10 out of 5. AVOID...

All I want is a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and they have a less than 50% success rate of actually giving me a sandwich. Between "our oven isn't working," or "we ran out of that ingredient," maybe 1 in 4 times I'll actually get a sandwich. Today, they made me wait 15 minutes for a shift change, so I used that time to download the app and make a mobile order. I figured it'd be more convenient for everybody. I pull up to the drive thru only to be told "we ran out of those ingredients." It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon and you already ran out of food?
