Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Upper Deerfield Township

I come to this Rita’s often as I live in the area. The customer service is not always this poor, however it has been lately. This time was my last straw. The young lady did not make what I requested and when I kindly told her, she offered to make me what I asked for but in a smaller size. I then asked for a refund instead and then she agreed to correct the order. Her attitude towards became hostile as if I were wrong as a customer. She slammed utensils and things as she prepared the correct order and didn’t say two words to me. I even thanked her for correcting the order and it was silence. Very unwelcoming energy. My family and I will not be back to this...

Been there multiple times and the older lady is always grumpy and rude. Doesn’t care about customers to what i see. One time over hearing her scream and yell at her employees which is very unprofessional. Another time see her take away young girls water ice/ice cream because they didn’t have enough money. And she wasn’t going to give it back but an older couple was grateful to give the rest of the money. She kept asking the older couple if they were sure they wanted to and making it a big deal that they were. Girls who work there are phenomenal but the older lady is always rude when i’m there. don’t respect this place at all. One star...

I ordered 3 items that comes with toppings and they hardly put any toppings on them. Since I’m not a complainer I simply asked if they could put more peanut butter sauce on one because it didn’t even have any on it literally showing them and instead of giving me some on the side of .They charged me extra knowing it does not even have enough on it . .As I walked away the two girls were taking about me . I should have took pictures how 3 of my sundaes looked . But the rudeness needs to go I’m quite sure they wouldn’t want their ice cream they ordered...
