I should've done this review years ago. How many times do you need to run out of meatballs before 2 pm to realize that you need to start making more meatballs? I get that you may not want to make a full batch as there will be some food waste, but just avoiding the waste entirely means you avoid making money. I guess it's better than the time that they gave me a footlong meatball with only six meatballs but a ton of sauce.
Also, I went to the store two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and the doors were locked. The two employees inside looked at me, then walked around the back corner and out of sight. Seriously? It was during your hours of operation and the OPEN sign was on. The ladies next door at Holiday said they've experienced this as well.
I get that hiring good workers is tough. I understand that management can't be on site at all times. I just know there are better ways to run...

I swear I was seeing things so I made my husband come look and she jumepd off and put on her dirty flip flops. Are you kidding me. Subway doesnt have ladders for their employees to clean high. Or higher a professional cleaner to reach the things your employees can't. May I add the same cloth she uses to clean what seemed to be a light.
