Subway — Restaurant in Upper Macungie Township

I should've done this review years ago. How many times do you need to run out of meatballs before 2 pm to realize that you need to start making more meatballs? I get that you may not want to make a full batch as there will be some food waste, but just avoiding the waste entirely means you avoid making money. I guess it's better than the time that they gave me a footlong meatball with only six meatballs but a ton of sauce.

Also, I went to the store two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and the doors were locked. The two employees inside looked at me, then walked around the back corner and out of sight. Seriously? It was during your hours of operation and the OPEN sign was on. The ladies next door at Holiday said they've experienced this as well.

I get that hiring good workers is tough. I understand that management can't be on site at all times. I just know there are better ways to run...

My husband visited this location it was a young man working and he had terrible customer service he was very impatient he and he did not get my husband's order correctly he also had an attitude for whatever reason specially working with the public I don't understand why you would be in that type of job we went back a second time I wouldn't believe it if I wasn't there they got my they didn't put any meat on my husband's Hoagie then when we took it back they tried to charge him and said that he took the meat off insinuate it and wanted to charge us for another Hoagie for their mistake and irresponsibility and did not take no responsibility for it I'm very very upset we've addressed this with Michelle she was gracious the first time but the second time around I would need to speak to a general manager and I would never visit that...

So today i went to the store to order some food. The store was closed but the closer who was closing the store was on top of the serving table with no shoes on cleaning a light it seems. I swear I was seeing things so I made my husband come look and she jumepd off and put on her dirty flip flops. Are you kidding me. Subway doesnt have ladders for their employees to clean high. Or higher a professional cleaner to reach the things your employees can't. May I add the same cloth she uses to clean what seemed to be a light. She hurried and wash the serving table that they put the bread and meats on. I mean this I will tell everyone of this This is absolutely absurd. Subway needs to do better with traing their employees on cleanliness. This April...
