Located in King of Prussia just opposite to Wawa and closer to 202 junction and Gulph road, this opened recently and contains the Mediterranean flavor dishes on a assembly line style serving. Good options for Vegetarians too. Parking is shared and could be challenging during busy times. there are plenty of seating/tables and some outdoor seating too. You stand in the line to order, First you pick the Bowl or Pita bread or salad options etc, then choose the base like Brown rice, white rice then greens, and then move onto chicken or lamb or steak or Falafel for veggies. I went with the rice bowl with brown rice, then you can add grilled veggies options, pickles, varieties of Hummus, tzatziki and yogurt based, in which you can select up to to 3. Then select your sauce preference and then add Avocado for an upcharge. The staff is patient and friendly to assist with the order. The bowl is definitely filling and right priced. The location is well maintained. The place if definitely worth...
Read moreHaving been to this location 4-5 times, will not return until the food, service, and atmosphere drastically improve. This is the worst managed Cava location I've been to and there is an issue every time I've eaten from here. One time they completely messed up my pick up order and I had to drive back after getting home to get it fixed. Every order, no matter what I order, there's always an igredient out of stock. Today took the cake, as I watched an employee remove a stack of cups from the counter, after another customer asked for cups for water, and then tell him they ran out of cups. That customer and his family just paid for 4 meals they sat down to eat, and was not allowed to have a cup of water! Needs a manager that can help bring some enthusiam and boost morale. Will stick to my regular Plymouth Meeting location and maybe try this one again in 2026, which is a shame because I live closer to here and generally enjoy...
Read moreI had the most displeasure being serviced by Niya or Mya at this location. First of all, I’ve waited 20 mins (today is 8/14/25 around 6:30pm if anyone wants to check surveillance) and with only 2 people before me, ive been waiting all this time to have her grimace at me with distain as I was inconveniencing her with placing an order. She also quickly informed me that they were out of: cucumbers, avocados and olives and said it would be “like 20 mins for us to make more”- totally took it as a way that she didn’t wanted me to wait. There were 3 people in the back and she was the only person in the front. She moved with a glacial pace and kept intentionally stalling with preparing food. I also observed none of the staff were wearing hairnets or didn’t change gloves between orders. The drinks containers were empty and some had fruit flies in them. I will be filing a complaint with the PA Health Dept for...
