Excitement Smokin King of Prussia — Local services in Upper Merion Township

UPDATE: 12/12/2024 - Excitement customer service did an EXCELLENT job resolving the issue. Puffco did not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either.

Backstory: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. But since this is no longer the case, I see no reason to use this store ever again. Only reason this has 1 star is that there is no way to submit with no stars.

Visited with my brother today, and the name is most certainly appropriate because we were excited. Went in today on 4/20 and got some great deals. The selection was far and wide. So many things I wanted to grab. They even have a vending machine to play if you make a purchase. Super neat place with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Really looking forward to coming back.

Edit: Was in the store for about 10-15 minutes and not one person noticed I was there. The employees were vocally unhappy about their jobs. No wonder all those posts about needing employees. Definitely keeping away from here...

Made me put my purse on the counter major turn off from wanting to buy something. the lady said there is cameras but still my purse was on the counter not being watched so it could have been easily stolen. Saw other customers with bigger purses so i don't know why i was targeted. I never had an issue before with having my purse at this stores location in Kop.
