Could not have had a better experience than we had today at Patio.com. We needed to find a dining and seating group for our patio. We were hoping to be able to get furniture quickly since we have our whole family, including two adult children, home with us during this quarantine and wanted to enjoy it as soon as possible. With the help of Mike, a warm and accommodating manager who could not have been nicer, we were able to get everything--literally everything--we needed in one trip. We didn't expect this to happen, but Mike made it possible. He spent hours helping us with everything from giving us information about different sets and furniture lines, to helping us with sizing, to working with us on pricing, to having someone carefully wrap the furniture we purchased while my husband ran up the street to rent a van at Home Depot, and then helping us load the truck so we could bring it right home. The service was above-and-beyond and I can not recommend this store more. We were able to purchase display furniture at a deep discount that is in beautiful shape and that we love. The service by the manager and supporting team of the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania store are outstanding! We began our search for the right billiard table for us several years ago. We researched several brands and visited retailers in the Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware Valley area. We stopped our search after speaking with Mike Ferrera, manager of the King of Prussia store. He was knowledgeable and practical. His questions and suggestions guided us to a table selection that made sense for our family - a dad who wanted to play and improve his game and a wife, four kids and friends who just wanted to have fun. The excellent service went beyond Mike. The craftsmen who delivered and assembled the table, Louis Gagliano and his assistant John, were equally impressive. Louis has over two decades of experience in assembling pool tables. He is a master of his craft. As he and John worked, he explained the various features of the table from the foundation to the cloth. They took pride in their work and it showed in the finished product. My wife and I bought some new outdoor furniture for our new deck. We came to patio.com-KOP to see what they had. Mike was super helpful and patient with us. We had some ideas but didn’t really know what we wanted. Mike gave us some numbers and we left to go have lunch and visited a few other furniture stores. We were disappointed by the other stores in the area, they were very salesy and pushy and everything looked cheap and overpriced. We went back to Mike, chatted with him some more and he helped us pick out some pieces. Mike was very honest and treated us like family. He gave suggestions based on our needs and expectations. The pieces all got delivered yesterday, faster than we expected and within the time frame they said it would arrive. The movers were extremely professional and careful with our furniture. To say we were very pleased and excited is an understatement. I wish our deck was larger so we could buy more stuff from Mike. He’s fantastic and just makes you want to spend more money!
