Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Moreland Township

This Dunkin is absolutely HORRIFIC. It’s the closest to my house, also on the way to work so it’s most convenient. I’ve given them try after try, they constantly get my order wrong when most times all I order is a small coffee with oat milk and avocado toast, THATS IT, I don’t believe that is a difficult order. Beyond that they are the RUDEST group of workers I have ever encountered. I am not one to write something like this but I just went and was literally YELLED AT when asking for my avocado toast, “we don’t have avocado toast” I politely said oh are you guys out of it, her response “WE DONT HAVE AVOCADO TOAST”. I immediately just backed up, left, and will never ever come back. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. This place is a nightmare. I get it, working conditions are stressful right now, but to consistently experience rude and uncomfortable customer service is unacceptable. After seeing all the other horror stories people have from this Dunkin, I’m glad I’m not the only one. Corporate should probably get on this because it’s an absolute...

Usually I use the drive thru however it was a bit crowded this morning so I decided to go inside, thinking it would be faster (as it usually is). Oh I was so wrong! I haven’t been inside in a while, and they now have “kiosks” to place your orders. Not one person said a word to me. I guess the days of walking into a Dunkin and being greeted by cheerful “good morning! How are you? What can we get for you?” is long gone. Very disappointing. The kiosks are challenging to use and definitely do not “speed up” the ordering process, if that’s what they’re going for. Highly disappointed.

Also, since no one is acknowledging you THE WHOLE TIME you are there… people are coming in and just standing around because they have no idea what to do and are waiting to be greeted. Pretty terrible service. Came to get a cold brew with the sweetened hazelnut syrup, and was told that they discontinued the syrup. I paused for maybe 10 seconds to figure out what other flavor I wanted and the girl on speaker spoke another language in the mic. I figured she was speaking to someone else, but my two friends who are both Indian in the car said, “oh my gosh” after she said it. I told the lady my order and afterwards she just said “pull up.” I asked my friends what she said and apparently she was telling me to “Talk. Hurry up, speak!!” I’m sure she was not expecting us to understand what she was saying… either way, the cold brew I got was super watered down.
