This Dunkin is absolutely HORRIFIC. Itâs the closest to my house, also on the way to work so itâs most convenient. Iâve given them try after try, they constantly get my order wrong when most times all I order is a small coffee with oat milk and avocado toast, THATS IT, I donât believe that is a difficult order. Beyond that they are the RUDEST group of workers I have ever encountered. I am not one to write something like this but I just went and was literally YELLED AT when asking for my avocado toast, âwe donât have avocado toastâ I politely said oh are you guys out of it, her response âWE DONT HAVE AVOCADO TOASTâ. I immediately just backed up, left, and will never ever come back. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. This place is a nightmare. I get it, working conditions are stressful right now, but to consistently experience rude and uncomfortable customer service is unacceptable.    Read moreUsually I use the drive thru however it was a bit crowded this morning so I decided to go inside, thinking it would be faster (as it usually is). Oh I was so wrong! I havenât been inside in a while, and they now have âkiosksâ to place your orders. Not one person said a word to me. I guess the days of walking into a Dunkin and being greeted by cheerful âgood morning! How are you? What can we get for you?â is long gone. Very disappointing. The kiosks are challenging to use and definitely do not âspeed upâ the ordering process, if thatâs what theyâre going for. Highly disappointed.

I paused for maybe 10 seconds to figure out what other flavor I wanted and the girl on speaker spoke another language in the mic. I figured she was speaking to someone else, but my two friends who are both Indian in the car said, âoh my goshâ after she said it. I told the lady my order and afterwards she just said âpull up.â I asked my friends what she said and apparently she was telling me to âTalk.
