I am very lucky that I live within 2 miles of three Scooter's locations - 10155 Hickman Rd, 7500 Hickman Rd, and a new location at 4566 University Ave. I normally go to the location at 10155 Hickman because it's on the way to where I am traveling. Not anymore. I will pass this location as often as possible to go to the store on University Ave. Today I went to get my large peach vertigo smoothie. The person taking my order (red ponytail, colorful glasses, smart watch with rainbow band) got it wrong. I didn't get the extra red bull that comes with the order (the person that made it had a black ponytail) , and they didn't offer my two dogs a pup cup. This is the third time in a row that I've been to this location and there was either something wrong with my order or my dogs weren't offered a pup cup. I never have this problem at the University Ave location - everyone is friendly and nice and they always offer a pup cup. Read moreMy family and I frequent scooters regularly, we love the drinks there. The last few times we’ve gone to this location we’ve had a few issues. One of the issues being we were charged for an item we did not order/nor did we receive. When we noticed the charge, we went back to Scooters to request a refund for the item. We were advised they could not help and we would have to call corporate. This was extremely frustrating and really left us with a bad experience. I called at the start of the new week as corporate was closed on the weekend. I spoke with Denise Morgan with Loving Cup LLC, corporate for Scooters. She worked so hard to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to help us. The customer service I received from her was phenomenal. As someone who has been in customer service for 11 years, I was truly blown away by all her efforts. Got back in line and confessed my daring mistake that left me hopeless (adding the coconut milk and trying iced versus blended.) She made me a new drink for free, which meant so much.
