I came in for a manicure and pedicure here. Kayla did my manicure and did an amazing job - she was very meticulous with every detail.

My pedicure was okay until the very end when the nail tech (don’t remember his name), without warning, pulled my toe knuckles hard and popped them. At first I thought it was a mistake, but then he proceeded to do the same to my other foot. I absolutely HATE the feeling of cracking knuckles and it HURT - I left the salon feeling very uncomfortable and am still in pain days later. I have gotten pedicures for decades and never experienced anything like this before. I’m pretty sure a procedure like this should not be done by anyone who is not a medical professional. It didn’t say anything about ”cracking toe knuckles” on the menu I was given to select a pedicure.

I would go back to Kayla for a manicure, but will definitely not be returning...

However, there were a few things that could have been better. No one offered refreshments during the appointment, and the price of the design wasn’t discussed ahead of time. The gel manicure itself is $45, but the design ended up being an additional $45, which I was not told until checkout. ☠️ Kayla and Nathan apologized for not mentioning the price beforehand, but they still charged me full price. 🥲 I booked online during their soft opening and got the 15% off promo, but the total still ended up being double what I expected. Kayla even asked to take promotional photos of my nails, which I agreed to, but that didn’t result in any kind of discount. Just a heads-up to confirm pricing before your appointment to avoid...

Everything about this place was fantastic. I went in for a pedicure but wish I had the time to stay for a manicure as well. Don gave the best foot massage I've had in a long time and all the other staff I encountered were so friendly as well. The salon was beautiful, the lighting and decor were tasteful and the pedicure chair was very comfortable. Easy to book an appointment right online but walk-ins are welcome too (though I have noticed in this business your experience is always better if you have an appointment.) They accept venmo which I chose to use to avoid an additional credit card fee. Parking is plentiful and there's lots of shopping in the area so fun place to go by yourself or with a friend.
