Update: Response from owner is just a cut and paste response so they look like they are trying to help. I have emailed several times and no response from Owner. I even contacted the corporate office of Mobileone LLC with zero response. I also contacted T-Mobile Corporate, they wont help because its a 3rd party. Stay away from T-Mobile Stores, they are not owned by corporate t-mobile and you are on your own. Stay away from Blake and this location and all MobileOne LLC locations. I simply needed another line added for my daughter. The plan Blake said I qualified for seemed to good to be real. Blake said, "I have done this promotion may times already, I promise you its good" Turns out it was to good to be true. Now Blake doesn't return calls and I'm stuck with multiple lines I dont need and 2 new phones I didn't need that I'm paying for. I contacted Alex Orquiz, Regional Manager - Utah North. He said he will get it fixed in 24hrs. But, once again, no other reply. That was on Sept 28th, 2022. Its now Oct 26th with zero communication. Read moreWe just left this location. Disappointment is an understatement. Long time TMobile customer and never had this kind of unacceptable treatment before. I called ahead in reference to an upgrade and they told me they had the phone I was interested in. So, I drove to the store to work the upgrade. Initially, the young lady was attentive and started working the upgrade. She went to the back to check with the supervisor. She came back out and said she couldn't work the deal and we should do it on line. She stated she would personally lose money based on her contract so it wasn't worth her time. She stated that because I wasn't buying all of the extras like the case, screen protectors, and phone protection plan it wasn't worth it to her. To top that off, she told me they didn't have the phones which was either a bold face lie on her part or on Jake's part who told me they did have them. Read moreUpdate: The owner responded to this review, see below, only to ignore me again. I sent him an email on Sept 20th. On Sept 28th he responded back that he would take care of this the next day. Its now Oct. 9th and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. The sign of good customer service is to fix the problems you created after the sale and not just smile when people are spending money. Be Warned, its how they treat you after the sale that matters most. Zero stars if possible. Was helped by Blake. I simply needed another line added for my daughter. Blake informed me of a promotion to add a line plus another line for free. Then I could use the added lines to get promotion on new phones. I thought, no way, too good to be true.
