I don’t get pedicures often, but I splurged for spring. I was given a menu and chose the Signature pedicure. The sugar scrub, clay mask, massage and warm towel wrap sounded relaxing. I was looking forward to relaxing. The leg massage was given with lotion and oil, as all massages are. Then at the end I was asked if I wanted the lotion washed off. What? No, I need the moisturizer. So she walked away. I sat there waiting for my polish to dry when I realized I didn’t get the warm towel wrap. I motioned for her and she explained that I chose to have lotion not a warm towel wrap. I said I wanted both, the menu described that I get both. She said, no, it’s either one or the other, which one do you want? I said, I would like a warm towel wrap just like the menu said. She left in a huff, got a small warm washcloth and wiped the lotion off both legs with one swipe on each leg, and left in an angry huff. I called the manager over and he rudely explained I get either one but not both. I said the menu doesn’t say that! I ordered the Signature pedicure that the menu said includes a warm TOWEL wrap, not a washcloth wiping my lotion off. The menu is deceiving, the whole pedicure took 20-25 minutes, the employees are rude, the manager is rude, girl that did my pedicure was laughing behind my back, and I do not recommend this place. I’ll never go back. I’ve never been treated like that.... ever. I just wanted to get what I paid for. This was a rip off.
UPDATE: Response to owner. I kindly asked why I did not get the hot towel wrap. The nail tech was rude with attitude when she grabbed a warm washcloth in a huff and wiped all lotion off my legs in one swipe. The manager was rude and kept telling me that a “warm towel wrap” is really a warm tiny washcloth to wipe lotion off, and I don’t get both but must choose one!!! They were very rude, arrogant and started yelling at me, the tech was laughing at me with another tech behind my back. That’s no way to treat customers. Your menu is deceiving and fraudulent! You need to explain that a “hot towel wrap” is really not a hot towel wrap, but a 5 second swipe with a washcloth to take the lotion off!! And customers must choose between having lotion on or off by a warm washcloth swipe. I am a person too and I deserve respect and not to be yelled at, especially from an establishment I’m paying my money to for a service. I’m not the only customer that was treated rude there according to your reviews. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEIVING AND NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED! I’ll never go back and I’ll encourage others to...
Read moreThis place has gone down the tubes. I have been coming here since it opened and since this summer it is absolutely terrible. I have been away all summer until August when I stopped in for a regular pedicure, which was lousy. Then I was away again until last week mid-september when I got a regular pedicure and manicure. She forgot to put my flipflops on before she painted my toes so then tried her best to stretch them over my freshly painted toes. She smudged a few and redid the ones she smudged but only because I asked. I ended up having to go back the next morning because others were smudged that I didn’t see until I got home. The manicure was terrible too because she globbed the polish on so thick. And when I went back the next day a different guy did the correction on my smudged toes but he also globbed the polish on and it bubbled on my toes. I just went back today to have my manicure redone, which I paid for but was again horrible. Soo much polish all my nails have little air bubbles. After over 1.5 hours of letting it dry, I figured I could pet my dog and when I did his fur and some dirt stuck to my light colored nail polish because it is still soft from the thick coats of polish applied. I agree with the other reviews that say tracy is rude. She is and always has been the absolute rudest but they were doing fine work on my nails so I let it slide. But now the techs don’t know how to do regular polish or just don’t care. Absolutely terrible. Also the place is full of flies. The cleanliness seems to have really...
Read moreTwo days ago I paid for a pedicure, $30. I paid an additional $25 to upgrade to gel. The lady who did my services started with cold water in the basin. I let the tech know and she continued to add cold water. I pointed it out 3 times and she finally added 5 seconds worth of warm water. She said she couldn’t do more because it was too full. I said she should drain it and start over but she wouldn’t. Then I had my feet in the cold water for all of 2 seconds when she pulled them out to work on them. She spent literally 3 seconds scrubbing calluses, didn’t do the hot towel or leg massage as advertised on their basic pedicure package. She also didn’t fully paint each nail. When I pointed out that some of the services weren’t rendered, she just shrugged. Then I showed her the parts of the nails that weren’t painted and that the edges of the paint by the cuticle were all jagged instead of smooth. She came over with a file and filed one, but more so just filed my cuticle (ouch!) Then today six of the ten painted nails have the gel completely gone. It just fell off, after only TWO days! First, $25 extra just for gel and then it doesn’t last? Second the entire pedicure took 25 minutes. Third, not all services were rendered as stated on the brochure. Fourth the staff does not care about your concerns when pointed out. Fifth, I paid $55 for a 25 minute service. When I didn’t tip, the lady asked why and I explained to which she...
