I have always had great experiences at this location until the other day. I have even gone as far as complementing them on there service. The last few times I went in there I have noticed the full time cook seems to have a chip on his shoulder and have even seen him have confrontation with co-workers in front of customers. But anyway that's not the problem here, it just comes into play later in the story.
So the other day I was in there and they were very busy. It was lunch rush. I placed my order to go and as I waited I starting noticing a lot of things wrong which I was cool with until I noticed something unsanitary and totally not cool at all.
One of the women working the counter and the drive through was having to take food out to customers that had to pull forward and wait while they got cought up or whatever. Again whatever. But what got me is when one of employees took some food out and then another employee told her that she had just took the people the wrong order. It was then that I looked out towards the car with the customer in it. The customer had there face pretty much down in the bag while digging with there bare hands realizing they had the wrong food. The women (employee) goes back out and swaps the food and brings that food back in and proceeds to put it all back on the make line. I tried to get her attention or anybodys attention to point out why they can't do that or shouldn't be doing it. The only employee that finally paid any attention to me was the cook. When I told him what was up his reply was "SO!" very rudely and then proceeded to make me out to be the ass in front of customers. The manager on duty was so blind and unaware of the situation she thought my problem was me getting wrong food and said "people make mistakes, we'll have your chicken sandwich in a moment sir" I said I didn't order chicken and yeah somebody just made a big mistake. Evidently everyone there thought it was okay to put breathed on and touch by customer food back on the shelf. I called the health department and I was told they would look into it and that it was not the first time Arby's has had unsanitary issues in Valdosta.

Read moreI have been an Arby's lover for years. This particular location is trash. A couple months ago, I got so frustrated with the competence of the workers I swore I would never go back. But it's close to my school and quick so I decided to try again today. Once again, my order was incorrect. I don't know why the employees don't understand I want a ham and swiss melt on a sesame seed bun. I literally want ham and a piece of Swiss cheese on a sesame seed bun. And it is never right. And the workers are rude every time I go there. I have called corporate and been assured it would be dealt with and when I went back, they informed me that they are a franchise and corporate doesn't tell them what to do. I have the simplest order in the history of Arby's and they get it wrong EVERY TIME . One might ask, why don't you just check it? And I don't because I shouldn't have to. Everywhere else I go gets my order right. And I'm paying you to pay attention to what you put in my bag. So I hope somewhere someone in corporate reads this and knows that I hate them. And you're probably thinking, you're being a little irrational .But am I really? I'm not exaggerating and this is not a hyperbole, something in my order is wrong every single time. Read moreI placed an order of 2 chicken sliders WITHOUT CHEESE along with an order of mozzarella sticks. I drove to the window and WAITED 15 MINUTES!!! The wait: the employees were debating on what to do about serving me mozzarella sticks because they didn’t have any marinara sauce!! That’s fine because I don’t eat the sauce. I paid for my order and left. I went to eat my sliders and they were loaded with Swiss cheese!!! I specifically said just meat and bread! I was furious. I drove back up to the window. This rude employee yelled through the window that she couldn’t take my food back and I had to just deal with it! So I continued to sit there finally another employee opened the window and informed me that cheese was required to come on the chicken sliders and they couldn’t change the way the item was presented on the menu! Corporate makes the menu and no changes can be made!! Oh and they informed me under the new laws I cannot get a replacement item or a refund for my mixed up order!
