I went thru drive thru which the wait time is stupid everytime I go to this restaurant. My order is wrong just about everytime. Well Sophia Brown "some kind of Manager" well let's just say a sorry one because I had to wait for over 20 minutes in drive thru only to get home with missing food 3 corn on cobs and baked potatoe. When I called Sophia said they were closed and I would have to get it tomorrow which wasn't good for me and my family so I didn't get to eat dinner last night. She claims she put extra food in my bag which I did not pay for or ask for. If I wanted xtra food I would have ordered it and paid for it. I did not ask for it. Just because she knew she didn't have corn on cob or baked potatoes is obviously the reason she put xtra food in bag thinking that would be ok without even asking me. I wanted my food or my money back. I went to retrieve the money back today and she told me she was not going to refund my money because she put xtra food in my bag I didn't ask for. She needs to be trained before placing her in a managerial position she has no customer service skills what so ever. She was very ugly to me and told me to call her corporate because she was in the right. Lol......she has alot to learn about being in this type of position its too much for her to handle. I will never return to a Captain D's in the future. I will tell people not to go eat there it wasn't that clean inside the store either. I requested fresh fish to be cooked hard upon ordering, instead not even a minute later (which is not enough time to cook fish especially not cooked hard) I got greasey fish that wasn't even all the hot, I stated again to the male cashier I wanted fresh cooked fish. I also asked him to tell the cook not to re-fry the current fish to get it hot and hard. He walked to the back with my box, I seen him tell the cook something and he came back to the front. I asked him was fresh fish being cooked he said yes. About 3 minutes later my box was back in the window, this time with an extra piece of fish in the box.. All refried and greasey and chewy in taste. The manager Mr Davis comes over to see what the problem was. I explained and he said it was a misunderstanding, he would fix it. His attitude was the worst, I hope someone talks to him and coaches him about the keys to customer service. I really wanted to get myself a meal because I had not been to Captain D’s in a long time. My daughter wants to go also but after my experience ordering her food I decided not to spend any additional money. This experience was not good for me at all.
