I honestly wanted to give two stars but I feel bad about how I reacted. This location is a hit or miss when it comes to quality and customer service. I had a rough time ordering to begin. The site kicked me off five times. Then I get to the store. Wait 10 min still no pizza, so I call and get placed on hold. No one ever comes back to the phone it’s going on 3-4 min so I hang up and call back. The second time I’m on hold an employee picks up another phone nearby and proceeds to what I can only assume is to take an order. How the heck can you keep taking orders and you’re not giving out the ones already ordered???? At this point I’m mad and go knock on the window. It is not my character but I felt like otherwise I would have been out in the car in the rain with my daughter for who knows how long. I get home one of the pizzas is burnt and bubbled, the other one the cheese tastes like cardboard, Another reason you need to get your pizzas out in a timely manner. I have four picky kids. I was a bit rough and I apologize. However to use the pandemic as an excuse at this point is not ok. We’ve all suffered and lost people and if a business is not equipped to deal with the influx of business then idk revisit your strategy and make a new plan. If you can accept someone’s money then you can deliver your product in a decent manner. Yes it’s only Pizza but quality and time matters! I feel bad for the employees having to work in an environment that has them Ill prepared. Wont order from here again....

Are you kidding me? 🤣 For a pizza chain known for delivery, it sure seems to be unnecessarily complicated just to get simple service. Can’t change the destination in the app and can’t even get a decent response from online customer service to get the address corrected; I’m stuck in a loop of auto-generated emails assigning me a case ID and getting told to take it to the “responsible party.” Oh gee, thanks. I didn’t realize customer support WASN’T the responsible party to contact, DOMINO’S. 🙄
Senior management and app developers gotta be laughing to themselves thinking of ways to make service as terrible as possible and lose customers because dude.. Domino’s pizza isn’t so good that I’m gonna continue to endure THAT type of...
